    PROTECTION EXERCISE

    Always visualize this, or talk your way through it, as thought is reality. In other words, whatever you are thinking you are creating.

    Visualize yourself surrounded by a white bubble of energy.

    Visualize at the bottom of both feet a golden root coming out of each foot going down into the golden orb (the Earth’s energy). Hook them into it. Bring that golden energy into your feet, up your legs, up through your body, down your arms into your hands, back up into your shoulders, along your nec k filling in your face and filling on the top of your head.

    This is called ‘grounding yourself’. It helps when we feel a bit wobbly.

    Visualize a blue centring line ten inches wide, hooked into the heavens, and bring it down through your head and through your spine. Take it through the base of your spine down into the golden orb.

    This is a centring exercise – it helps keep the brain sane.

    Visualize God’s love and healing white energy flowing through your head down your face into your neck. Then move it down your arms into your hands, down through your body and legs, filling your feet to your toes.

    Visualize a golden bubble of energy surrounding you. Then connect that golden bubble into the golden orb in the centre of the earth. Visually fill the golden bubble with love, peace, harmony and happiness, mentally, physically and spiritually. Extend the golden bubble around you six feet.

    Visualize a gold figure of eight flowing freely and vibrantly around you and hook it into the golden orb.

    THE BALANCING OF

    YOUR ENERGIES

    We all have seven chakra points from our crown (which is the top of our head) right down to the base of the spine. These are energy points connected to different emotions.

    Visualize golden energy filling your heart chakra. I see this as a CD filling with golden energy. Then go down to the base of your spine, fill that point. Moving up to just below your navel, fill that point. Now up to your solar plexus, fill that point (just at the bottom of the rib cage). Now up to your heart, fill that point, flow up to your throat, fill that point. Move up to your third eye (between the eye brows) fill that point. Flowing up to your crown chakra (top
