Enough Already! Yes, You Are
With every personal and professional pursuit to achieve more, we are inevitably asked to give ‘more.’ Many of us do this without question, until we realize that we’re dangerously close to burning out or thinking that our happiness is the cost of achieving our real potential. In other words, we just aren’t enough! That’s where the magic of this beautiful book comes to life. Written in an authentic voice and with a courageous mindset, we learn pure and powerful strategies to help us ‘lean into’ ourselves to find what’s been there all along: our power to achieve and receive—to be our own catalyst for an infinite supply of more than ‘enough.’
—Dawn Galzerano, Senior Director, Cisco Systems

Introduction
Who This Book Is For
This book is for the scholar, the surfer, the engineer, the unemployed; it’s for the stay-at-home mom, the CEO, the dreamer, the retiree. It’s for those who want to get who they are as something separate from what they have and do.
And, most importantly, it’s for those who want to live with more joy and satisfaction TODAY. Not someday. Not after achieving this or acquiring that, not after that damn ship comes in …
For decades I have studied, counseled, and presented to thousands of people. The resounding message I’ve heard from clients is that happiness is out there somewhere, and if they just do more, become more, or try harder, they will arrive at enough . . . someday.
I myself have thought these thoughts and I have heard them with alarming frequency around me—so often, in fact, that I sometimes wonder if we have collectively been brainwashed to believe in a perpetual future but never in the now.
Well, ENOUGH already!! This pursuit of our someday
has left us depleted, disillusioned, and depressed. It’s time to turn this thing around. I’m here to crush the myth, to 86 the mirage—kick it to the curb—and give you multiple mind-bending tools that will have you experiencing deeper breaths and ah-ha moments.
And best of all, these tools will have you owning the joy elixir TODAY. Yes, today. Your new vision of yourself will have you here, NOW, living in the powerful present, with all of your perfect imperfections, your unmet goals, and your unattained dreams. And, with these proven tools activated, you will experience a deep feeling of satisfaction, which is quite likely what you’ve been looking for all along. What’s more, with this new peace of mind as your foundation, you will have more creativity and inspiration for all of your awesome dreams and goals, and you will get to be enough while you attain them.
I invite you to join the tribe of peaceful warriors who refuse to sell their souls for some unattainable mirage. So light a fire, grab a cozy blanket and pen—you’re gonna want to mark up this book—and take this time just for you. It will be the greatest gift you can give yourself. If you’re anything like my thousands of clients, you’ll be so glad you did! Oh, and despite the numerous references to women, this book is applicable to everyone.

When I was growing up, a common buzz phrase was: One day your ship will come in.
One day … at a future and unknowable date … if you do everything right and then wait long enough … you’ll get what you were hoping for. Then you will be happy, then you will be stable, then life will be predictable, then …
It was a familiar message that I never questioned, until I did.
From a very
