I'll Be Alright: Songs of My Life

About this ebook
Seasons of Life
In the spring of life with all its bloom
So much ahead, no wall of doom
And in the spring youre blossoming
You bring new buds of hope you think
The summer time with all its splendor
Life is filled with excitement and grandeur
And in the summer you progress
Do what you like improve your quest
The fall of life comes far too fast
The ride downhill runs like a dash
And in the fall when leaves change color
Theres one gray hair after another
The blustery winter wind blows cold
Time will pass you by till old
And in the winter feel the ice
Time passes by with such a price

Bigger Than
It’s bigger than a sugar cube
It’s bigger than a mouse
It’s bigger than a breadbox
It’s bigger than a house
It’s bigger than a freight train
and of a mountain too
It’s bigger than a dessert
and of the ocean blue!!
What’s bigger than the ocean
or sky that’s so big too?
The biggest thing in all of life
it’s all my love for you
Stream of Peace
Quietly the stream runs by
Silently just passing
Peaceful as the day is young
Bring forth what was remaining
The stream brings all its contents
From far away fleeing from its home
To blend with something way downstream
And moving right along
Particles of mountains, foothills enter too,
Valleys, prairies, forests offer fragments
To meet with castoffs later
as they gather at the pool
People came from everywhere just to see the flow
Faces from all nations see the water running slow
Tranquil and so passive came the stream to form our plan
Too live together peacefully, united as one clan
Caffaro
Deep within this work of art
Hides more than first glance imparts
Landscape so deep it firmly parks
Each plant’s intensity that stands so taut
Cactus breaks the desert floor
Endless blue that invites so much more
Sagebrush invades the vivid color
Mountains divide the ground from sky
So full it penetrates your mind
The shade withstands the lack of time
Deposits colors intense with vigor
Arranged in tints abstract that figure
Lost within this space and time
Easily empties all my mind
Delirious how I fantasize
Within this work I realize
Countdown to love
Ten your smile, arms, legs, shoulders, voice, lips, nose, ears, eyes, & cheeks
Nine your touch, style, thoughtfulness, beauty, class, dreams,
