    BEGINNING

                                Sitting on a bench

                                Watching a stream

                                Gently making its way

                                Smooth stones and rocks

                                The surface so still

                                Almost like a mirror

                                Reflecting the serenity

                                As time slips by

                                Just being there

                                Means everything

Love reminds me of a wilting flow’r

                        Its gentleness,

                        Its fragility

                        Hold it in your hand.

                        Crush it between fingers

                        And let it drop

                        Love, love

                        Say it out loud

Til it echoes in your ears!

                        Let it go,

                        Softly, floating,

                        Far away, until….nothing.

                            Time is not a factor

Or at least it doesn’t have to be

                            There is no time

                            For reflection

                            Work time, play time,

                            No difference

                            But time to pray?

                            To be one with God:

                            Is there time?

    NOTHINGNESS

Do you know what nothing is?

                Of course, I know.

Do you really know what nothing is?

                No, I don’t.

                Sorry, but yes and no.

Do you know where nothing comes from?

Nothing comes from nothing, says she.

I have another question for you:

Do you know what nothing is?

Yes and no and yes and no.

    COLOURS AND PEOPLE

                                        You see colours,
