About this ebook
I love to tell the story of what God does for me. I love to walk with him. He wants us to be an encourager to people and to show forth his love. Share the Word with them. There are hurting people everywhere.

THIS IS MY STORY
Thank You to all who have been a part of my story. There are a great many of you.
This is God’s testimony, of his mighty power and love lived out through us. We are to be a testimony for Him. We need to be praising our savior all the day long. He inhabits His praises. Before I became a Christian he was protecting me. What a mighty God.
Through all the experiences in life he has given me a story to tell. That story is of the miracles and protection for my family and I. Everyone had Gods hand of protection on them.
By writing this I could see the hand of God followed us all through our life. This is really God’s Story. I just get to tell it. The purpose is to give him glory, honor and praise. I count my many blessings. I have received blessings in all areas of my life. He is good. Let his praise be continually in my mouth. He is greatly to be praised.
He is my Rock
. He is the rock of my salvation. He is the rock I run to when I need someone to turn to. When trouble arises I turn to the rock. Jesus is the rock in the storms of life. He will rescue you and hide you in the cleft of the rock until the storm passes over. Hope is the anchor of our ship.
Two times I went out to our big rock and cried out to God. It was down near our barn by the trees. I knelt by it and prayed please show me if there is a heaven and if you’re real. Three years later again by that same rock, I cried out to God show me if I am a Christian. He heard my cry. I don’t know why I went to that rock to pray. I just wanted to give up and knelt by it and it seemed like a peaceful place to cry out to God.
THANK YOU GOD

For all the privileges you have allowed me to have growing up, so many years at Bible Camp, Bible School, Sunday school, Church, and the opportunity to hear many gospel singers at Youth for Christ. I loved it. Billy Graham brought all the good singers to our Youth for Christ every month.
Thank You for the opportunity to meet a pastor at camp who became burdened to pray for my salvation. He prayed until I got saved. When they moved closer they stopped to visit me. I really enjoyed having them stop.
I just want to add that although I was in church all the time. I was not yet a Christian. Every week I had the conviction I was lost and would go to hell if I died. I had those thoughts until I did get saved at age 25. Now I know it was the Holy Spirit doing the work in me each time I heard the Word. After I became a Christian the verses I had learned in bible school were a blessing. They were planted in my memory for help when I needed them.

I was greatly blessed to hear R. G. L. he sang in Youth for Christ. He walked out on the platform, tipped his hat and the most wonderful voice just rolled out in perfection. I was privileged to be there in the audience. He was a very busy man. He was from Texas. I didn’t get the privilege of hearing him sing again. I was glad I didn’t miss that privilege that I did have.
I have read his book, and listened to him speak; this would have been about the 50s, what a man? He worked hard and really loved the Lord. He built big road equipment. Later, he built a machine to help clear land for the missionaries.
He trained his family in his business so that the work would continue on when he went home to be with his Lord. What a man of God he was. I was greatly impressed with the awful hard work he endured to learn all this. It came with much endurance and dedication. I count it a great blessing to have heard him and read his book He really endured a lot. Live coals hit him as he worked. It must have been hard to endure all he went through. He was a very active man. I loved his singing.

Then there was Stuart Hamblen, many, many more of utmost blessings. I love the song, It is no secret what God can do.
and the story how he wrote it. How God gave him the words at midnight. He wrote The chimes of time rang out the news another day is through, someone slipped and fell, was that someone you?
God gave him those words when the clock stroke 12:00 midnight. If you don’t have the music, look it up on the internet and read those words and listen to it sang.
God did not keep it a secret in his word what he could do. He told it all throughout his word. He showed throughout the old and now testaments that he was the God of the impossible.
The words to his songs give you understanding as to his thoughts and his faith in God. Our God has so blessed us with music. He talks to us through words, put to music. It really is No Secret WHAT GOD can do. He does mighty things. There is NOTHING He cannot do. He cannot fail. He can do the impossible. How do I know the Bible tells us so? I have experienced the impossible in my life.

I attended one of the very last performances, of Rudy Atwood at the piano. It was very special to me. My pastor and his wife took me to it.
Pastor said; let’s go up in the balcony. You will be able to see him play the piano. Watch his fingers on the keys. I sat there drinking in every moment. I used to listen to him play the piano on the radio in the beginning of a program on Sunday afternoons. I was so thrilled to hear the music. This was many years ago,

To all pastors I have heard preach, I say a big thank you. If I just heard one sermon or more, if you came into my life for a time you were sent by God. Things don’t just happen. As I look back I am thrilled to see how God worked. But saddened because I didn’t know years ago what I know now. I would have loved to serve him more. He is so special to me.
I am thankful for every detail in my life. That is why I mentioned so many in the book that I’m thankful for. Mark 9:41 God sees everything people do for one another. God loves us to be a praising, giving, loving people who do for others. There is a song called Others
Lord others, this should my motto be. What words, because they came from God, who inspired them.
There were many people who really served their God by serving others. There were people that helped me many, many times. (Song: Others
Words: Charles D. Meigs Music: Elizabeth Shields)
Thank You God for all you have done. You can serve God by telling his story to hurting people. Think about the bible, it is filled with stories. Jesus told so many stories to people of all ages. He wants to share His story through Christians.
If you feel emptiness in your life he can and will fill you to overflowing with joy, peace and his presence. He will reach out to you if you call upon Him. But you must call. He will not push himself on anyone. You must choose to call, and to pray.
I have so many memories constantly, everywhere I go, and everywhere I have been. Memory is a blessed thing. I remember sermons from the church services I have been blessed to hear. I have heard songs that I remember who sang them and where they stood and expressions on their face, from many years ago. They are wonderful memories. I love the words to the songs. They had great messages in them. God is all powerful.
SO I SAY PRAISE THE LORD FOR HIS GOODNESS AND GREAT BLESSINGS.

DOCTORS AND NURSES
Thank You to the doctor who did the cancer surgery in 2005. The cancer never came back. He moved on to another work. God had placed everyone here for his purpose. His timing is always right for people in our lives.
I asked him how long before I would quit being sick. He said the cancer is not why you’re sick. He was right. A doctor there sent me to another clinic. They started tests right away. They gave me a doctor for cancer who has been my doctor for 12 years. He started treatment and provided help. He was a tremendous blessing. I knew he would do everything he could to help find the answer for me.
I give thanks to all the Doctors I had all these years. Special thanks to the doctors that were on the team that studied the rare disease that I had. There was one that continued to follow through and keep in touch with my progress all those years.
If you had not studied it I would not have known what was wrong with me or what to expect, or what to try next. Thank you for your hard work.
Special thanks to the doctor I have for cancer and he never gave up
. He searched till he found help to get the answer. He is a great doctor that gave a lot of effort to help me. He has been my doctor for 12 years. I am still cancer free. If I would have followed his advice I might have been able to have been free from spasms sooner. I went by my thinking instead of listening to my doctor.
