Wisdom from the Word - Sebe J. Dalieh

    You Are Blessed

The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich and he adds no sorrow with it (Proverbs 10:22). Kings James Version. Speak the blessings of the Lord over your life. Because you are blessed, favor will locate you. It doesn’t matter where you are when you have the blessings of the Lord. Take your eyes off the current condition and shift to looking to the Lord. Speak some Word, and the blessing of the Lord will appear with no added sorrow.

    Prayer

Father, thank you for adding your blessings to my life. I am expecting favor to locate me this day. I will walk by faith and not by sight. In Jesus’s name. Amen.

The Trusting Saint Worships God in Good Times or in Bad

The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord (Job 1:21)KJV. Job worshipped the Lord in good times and in bad times. The Lord is saying, Trust me! I know you lost some things, but trust me! He says, Continue to claim my promises, believe my word and obey my instructions. Trust me for provision, comfort, and protection. Yes, I know some things came up against you that you did not expect, but trust me! Trust me in every area of your life. I am the Lord your God, Maker of heaven and earth.

    Prayer

O Heavenly Father, I give you the glory and the honor. You are great and greatly to be praised. I am weak, I am weary, I am broken, O Lord, but I will worship you just as Job worshipped you. Heal me now, Lord, I pray, and deliver me from my dry and weary land. In Jesus’s matchless name. Amen.

    Gratitude Honors God

The Bible says, In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. (1 Thessalonians 5:18)KJV. No matter what my current condition is—good, bad, happy, or sad—I give thanks to the Lord Almighty! I praise you, O Lord, because you are not unaware of any situation and because it is a good thing, to give you praise! Jehovah knows! Therefore, I celebrate you, O Lord! You are more than my pain, disappointment, dissatisfaction, fear, or problems.

    Prayer

Jehovah knows indeed! Lord, you are God and God all by yourself. You declare the end from the beginning; therefore, I will not be anxious, distracted, burdened, or fearful of my current condition. I trust you, O Lord, and I give you thanks. You are in total control. In Jesus’s name. Amen.

Your Testimony Will Produce Good Fruits

The Devil does not want to hear you tell your testimonies. He does not want someone to hear your story about what God did for you. He does not want to hear about how good God is to you! Make a dare and tell somebody about the goodness of our Lord Jesus Christ. Be that inspiration. Be that encouragement because somebody needs to hear what the Lord has done for you. Somebody needs to be encouraged, inspired, and strengthened to do what God wants them to do, and you can be that encourager. You can be that light for them. Revelation 12:11.KJV. "And they overcame him (the devil) by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their
