About this ebook
Hope they were not too disturbing
They were just the reality of this life
In a way that I felt
But I respect your way too
If they are for the benefit of humanity
I love writing about different people
Especially from whom I get to learn something about this life
Hope to meet you soon

Dear Selene - Abhishek Gupta
1. Their God and My God
Christians have their Jesus
Muslims have their Allaha
Hindus have their own millions of Gods
Buddhists have their Buddha
But why when we sit together, we don’t have a common God
For everyone their God is supreme
For everyone their believes are superior and correct
Imagine a new born baby, what is his religion?
The one that the parents have or follow?
What if the father is Christian and the Mother is Hindu?
Then will you impose both the religions on him?
Like this the child will be left searching for the answers for his whole life.
But if we read science and religious scripts
All have one thing in common
And these are assumptions
One God created the universe, a man and a woman
One Big Bang created the universe and then everything was formed
But this man or woman had no idea who created them
Hence they lived in peace
What changed then in the following years?
Those who wanted superiority created Gods, to create something to be followed
Those were educated, gave science all the credits
And waited and worked on improving everything and making life more complicated
I am confused and hence I compare myself to a Dog
He has got no God
His God is one who feeds him
And what eventually feeds us all is the Nature
I believe my God is Nature
His God is the person who keeps him happy
So my God is my family and my friends
Or my good is everything that I see and feel from which I get a smile
His happiness is roaming around freely
So my God is the whole world which I can travel
He doesn’t pray, but himself hunts for his desires
So my God is my hard Work.
2. Reality of a Celebration
In this celebration everyone has smiles on their faces
But every smile has hidden pain beside it
There is a lack of effort of starting a conversation and numbness in the desire to express
They want to share a lot but there is a lack of start and push to lead the conversation
When someone asked how everything with someone is, the question was avoided with a smile as an answer
Then it was clear, that even that person has suffered so far in life with a certain amount of the share
Then few more drinks were poured down and the conversation went ahead
Every time when someone cried, someone offered the shoulder to cry on
Whereas some tried to cheer the person up
There is every kind of people in a celebration
But true friends are only those, who can wipe of your tears before these tears actually come out
Even I poured down a drink to the name of my Happiness
But still there was no true happiness in my Heart
The sorrow was not there for being happy or not getting the happiness
It was there because I was not able to forget what brought that sadness at the first place
Then the drinks went on and slowly and steadily everyone slept
One night a never ending sleep will come
And in that sleep even the life will sleep forever
And at that time there will be no drinks or no celebration
If there will be something it will be the last conversation with the last passing breathes
Then the heart will point out, that look for whatever you ran so much to find happiness in that
Today lies behind and you have to leave every that thing behind and go in a different world
No conditions applied and no exceptions ever thrived
Then you will find a smile that you always looked for
A smile which comes out of having no fear to lose everything at that very moment
When the eyes will close, the whole life will flash back in a couple of minutes
Then neither will the eyes get wet or any tear will drop
As the life teaches us to say goodbye since the very time we enter this world in its own way
So a final goodbye also to this celebration and these people
Who are still putting up with their smile and still hiding their desires and cries.
3. Endless Desires
The cold always gives a desire for the warmth
But the warmth leads to a desire for little chilled atmosphere
Like this one thing creates the desire for another opposite thing
But what confuses me is pain
Why is it that, when pain always leads a desire for relief and joy
Then why does not joy lead a desire for pain rather than for more joy
When we laugh, why don’t we then desire to cry?
This is not a problem but rather it is a disease
Disease of desiring only for the best and for what keeps our comfort at its place
But for the best there is always something which has to serve as the base of its growth till the best
Just like a natural law of nature which is unavoidable
That is Death is a desire of Life too, as Life also wants to rest in the end
So be at peace with what you have
And just be satisfied with basics and work for the best
But don’t desire for the best because there is something always better than the best
And remember desires too have no end
And sometimes all desires are not worth desiring they can be sometimes just be a Mirage in this desert of desires.
4. Don’t Need Your Approval
My life has its own plus and negatives
The shoes I walk in are meant just for me to walk across this life
If I want to go right, then I know why I did not take the left
And if I just write instead of type, then I know what I am better at
I won’t judge you for not doing what I think is write
As you are making the journey whose details and past only you truly know about
But I will respect every decision you take
As I would not have been able to make the decision had I been given a chance to wear your shoes
And I expect the same if nothing at all from anyone of you
I will do what is best for my survival and I will take the path best for my journey
Today you can laugh at my decisions
Tomorrow you can mock me for the results that I got from my decisions
But still you will never realize why I took these decisions
And in which mud was my foot stuck that it became so difficult to take it out of there
So I hope that you realize that I did not ask to become what I am today
But it is the outcome of the experiences that I had so far in my life
I have been through few ups and downs of the life
But I never regret the decisions I took
The decisions I took to keep the happiness high
Or to keep the sorrows low or negligible
But today as I write this line
I put in one more experience behind and learn something more from the day
I will have a new vision tomorrow and I will be asked from life to take more decisions
And don’t worry I won’t be waiting for your approval
And I will never hope that you should too wait for my approval
All I want is your journey to end the way you wanted it not the way others wanted it
As you started this journey on your own
And mark my words
Even with everything by your side in this world
You will end this journey on your own without your own approval.
5. Smile of Others
We all have a problem in always being able to smile
But I have learnt and developed a way for myself to smile always
I get a smile on my face when I see other people smiling
I smile at a beggar who smiles when he gets a penny
I smile at a girl who is busy smiling with her phone, probably receiving compliments from someone that how beautiful she is
I smile at a baby who is happy and surprised to see many things for the first time in life
I smile at the mother who is busy keeping her baby happy and satisfied
I smile at the couple which is exchanging smiles with each other while being lost in love
I smile at the guy sitting in a car and is happy to see a green signal
I smile at the old people who are happy to live another day and to share their experiences
I smile at my friends who are hiding their pains behind their smiles
I smile at the teacher who is trying hard to make a boring lecture interesting
I smile at the sweeper who cleans everything without a single complain
I smile at my mother who is satisfied after asking the same questions everyday on the phone to make sure I am happy
I smile at the people who are not smiling as their faces don’t seem normal to me anymore
In the end while sleeping I smile for being able to smile the whole day
That is how I smile
I smile at everything and you can call me crazy or insane
But I have brought a smile on your face too
And I am glad that you are smiling because of me
That is how you learn from others how to smile and how to spread smiles.
6. Picture not captured
It was a normal class going on
Some showed little interest, some showed normal interest and well some did not bother themselves at all
Me, I had mixed reactions
But I was distracted by what was going outside the windows
There was a slow and steady change in the color of the sky as the time was passing by
In the middle of taking down the notes and trying to understand what the teacher explained
I was trying to take a peek outside the window every now and then
It was not late when I realized that something different was going outside
Something which I had never experienced before
And today I can say that something I will never experience again
The time went by and I interested myself in the change of colors more
And lost all the interest in what was going on in the class
And I was so engrossed in observing the change that I forgot that the time is passing by
Then happened something which not even Shakespeare would be able to explain in his words
And not even someone could have painted in his dreams
It was something beyond anyone’s imagination
When I was trying to look out of the two windows, both on the opposite side of the room
The teacher said That’s all for today and have a nice evening
and she turned towards the window
She took a seat and was trying to appreciate what we all were admiring at the same moment
Everyone got up and took out their expensive phones and cameras
And tried hard to capture the scenario
They were trying to capture something that I had no strength to capture
As a picture from the best camera could not even capture what we were seeing
From one widow we could see the sun setting
And at the very same time through another window we could see the moon coming up from a far end
They were trying to capture both of the heavenly phenomenons at the same time
I and my teacher sat their numb
Then she got up and asked who had captured the best photo
No one raised their hands or offered a view of what they had captured
No one was actually able to capture it
Then she laughed and said Well some things can never be captured by a human technology, but only captured in their hearts
I was left numb from what I heard and what I witnessed
Something’s can really never be captured by a camera or any other technology
But only by your heart
And that is the specialty of the creator
He will create a whole life of yours in several pictures
Which no one will ever have on their phones or cameras
But if you have truly personified their lives, then they will be carrying your pictures in their heart
Just like that view which was not captured by any camera but was captured by my heart.
7. Date with Phones
I sat there in a corner of a bar filled with people
