At age nineteen, I was baptized in Jesuss name and filled with the baptism of the Holy Spirit! I have been faithfully serving God for five years now, and I feel as though my journey in Christ has just begun. I am nowhere near perfect, so I am glad I serve the One who is.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

A bachelor of arts degree in homeland security and emergency preparedness, work experience as a soldier in the United States military, a correctional officer, and a police officer. One would think such a resume would lead down a specific career path, but one day, I surrendered my goals and dreams to God. Now, I aspire to obtain my master's in divinity and embrace the opportunities of becoming a missionary, chaplain, and prison minister!

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 6:33

If you want to one day hear God say to you, Well done, good and faithful servant, challenge yourself and someone else to live wholeheartedly for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

What if you finally stood up for what you believed in? Having the faith to truly understand that you are free from sin…

Or would you fall unto your knees and bow down to the King on the floor?
