First and of the upmost, I dedicate my writings to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for birthing and nurturing a book in me into maturation! He’s always been with me through hell and high water, and beyond! He has never left me nor forsaken me!

My mom, Shirley Covert, who’s gone home to be with the Lord Jesus. I so miss Praying, worshipping and lifting up Jesus with her. She loved those precious times we spent together.

Introduction

Please this is no knock to men, in the least! Or to the men I married! This is my story, my life. My aim is to be a blessing to someone. An encouragement, or food for thought as you journey through life! The good and the bad is your testimony. No one can tell it, judge it, or demoralize it…..It’s YOURS! It’s your personal story!

Sometimes you find in life, through marriage, singleness, and dating, etc. that Some men just don’t have the capacity to support YOU! Or hold down the family ship, they jump ship when things get too hard for them to bare. Leaving their wife, children and every one shocked and stunned! That’s why so many relationships and marriages have hit a glacier. Broken apart and sunk, bottom up, on a down sparrow.

Wives submit yourselves to your own husbands, husbands love your wives like Christ loved the church, Ephesians 5:22-25 {What does that look like?} Some of us don’t understand or know.

Some of us jump around from mate to mate, hurting, breaking hearts, and jumping ship, in search for the next person we think we love. Only to fall in a vicious cycle of heart break. Some of us did not grow up in Godly homes mirroring after that sincere word. Nor were we taught it growing up. Broken people, mirroring broken people. And the cycle goes on generation after generation. It never grows old.
