Call on God, and he will send to you from among his legion of celestial order of Guardian Angels a guide to help and protect you. They are our strongest link to the Divine. MICHAEL (HUMANITY)

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time (1 Timothy 2: 5-6).

H U M A N I T Y

Michael is the archangel ‘over the best parts of humanity and over chaos.’ His name means Who is like to God. Also known as St. Michael, Archangel Michael is said to be the closest to God and is heaven’s greatest defender and mightiest warrior against evil. His symbol is a fiery sword. Michael is an archangel that fights evil by the commands of God. Your salvation is in the word of God. Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

SALVATION: I will hold on to my salvation for my righteousness is in heaven.

Sam is a man who believes in God. He has been living on God’s green earth for 75 years now, and knows his time left on earth is growing nearer. He has not always made good decisions in his life, but has always been respectful of others who have lived alongside him. Teaching others to obey God in their daily life, and trying to do so himself with a lot of failures noted at times by him: as others had noted this with him also. This did not keep him from trying to do the best he could with every day that God had blessed him with on earth: so that he could attempt improvements in his own life. Sam was a part of the world that Michael the archangel watches over in this chaotic world of humankind. There are no perfect people in this chaotic world, but Sam is a person who will try and do the best he can with the satisfaction of what God has given him to live with. This is Sam’s life story, and how Michael the archangel helps him to have peace in a world full of good and evil.

Sam grew up in a loving household. His parents were hard working people who believed in God, but were not at the point of worshipping him in their daily life. He grew up being kind and considerate of others, but living by worldly standards of life: not knowing he should put his trust in God, and live by his word which would comfort him, and be with him during the good and bad days of his everyday experiences on his journey in this chaotic world he lived in. Sam lived a precarious lifestyle as a teenager and grew up with the thoughts of making money and having a family of his own one day. Sam was one of those people who dreams in life did not pan out exactly the way he had always planned for it to be. He often lived for the moment as a lot of young people do, and not thinking of the future consequences of his deeds; not knowing, or never being told how the past can affect the future endeavors a person pursues in life.

Michael the archangel kept a close watch on Sam for he knew that he had a good heart, but an impetuous one at times when he was stressed, or even when self doubt had plagued his mind. Sam eventually after many years of living began to understand the world he lived in, and what God wanted and expected of him. His thoughts at first, was about all the times he had wasted precious moments in his life that he would never get back, and not forgetting, but regretting having done certain things in his life. Michael knew what Sam needed was to see things for himself. He was the type of person who learns better from experience. Michael knew this about Sam, and that he would be as the people on earth called learning from the school of hard knocks. This being a stepping stone for Sam throughout his life is what brought him closer to God, and Michael knew this and kept him safe from harm. Sam was a late bloomer that had a good heart by which he knew we are all measured by.

As Sam’s time on earth grows close to an end he has begun to evaluate his deeds on earth. He has asked God for forgiveness for his sins, and God has granted him with the knowledge that he is forgiven; for Jesus died on the cross for us all, and his heart is glad. Still he reminiscences on his past experiences. Sam grew up in a small town in the south where life was good for a child growing up with nothing but playing with his friends as the most important thing on his mind: no real problems there. Upon becoming an adolescent, and unknowingly by Sam at the time, things were beginning to slowly change in his life as he grew older, and as also did his needs. This is where his life experiences began to shape his life choices and he wanted more freedom with the choices he made. Even then Michael was at his side watching over him and seeing the choices he had made was not always good, and knowing the curiosity of the young can take them on a haphazard journey in life.

As Sam grew into adulthood he became more aware of the miracles in his own life. There were times when he called upon the Lord for help with things he had been trying to accomplish on his own with no avail, and miraculously God worked through others and all that he asked for came into play. The angels in heaven once again beckoned by God carried out his command to help his child that needed him, and who cries he had heard. When Sam prayed to God he did not always get what he had asked for, but he received just what he needed at the time. This is a hard pill to swallow at times for him because as Sam knew we want what we want when we want it. He forgot the world he lived in sometimes, and he forgot that God will test our faith in him. He knew this from the story he had read in the Bible about Job’s life. Sam’s faith in God even when he flounder in life was with a earnest heart in his belief not to ever give in to Satan’s lies, and not ever to forget his heavenly father’s love for him.

There are times when Michael has plucked Sam right out of a dangerous and very serious situation where everyone else with him had met their demise, and Sam was left wondering why he was the only one saved. Sam had a purpose in life a reason for living that even he did not grasp at the time: he just thought he was lucky, but remembering there is no such thing as luck, and that God
