That book dealt in depth with the subject of Calvinism, plus some other heresies currently plaguing the church. This much smaller book deals only with Calvinism and covers less doctrinal territory. But it goes into an even deeper discussion of the essentials of that long-standing heresy. Most people have no idea of what Calvinism really teaches. Introduction

Because of the very title of this book, there should be no misunderstanding about the type of material covered within it. Calvinism is obviously the subject-matter. However, using the term Conspiracy to describe Calvinism may strike many as being a little too severe. After all, five centuries of general acceptance of Calvinism by multitudes of people in different nations around the globe is likely deemed an indication that Calvinism is at least one valid alternative theological view, if not the most correct understanding of the Bible message.

While searching to find out if a book with that same title already existed, although I found none, in that process I did discover numerous books which contained within them that very term—Calvinist Conspiracy. Several volumes used such terminology to report how religious and political movements within different nations and centuries achieved the different goals of various religious and political groups.

However, my motivation for writing this volume is neither religious nor political. Rather, it is to show that John Calvin’s theological doctrines are deceptive through and through, and that his written works, having established such deception in the church worldwide, have caused untold damage to untold numbers of believers and non-believers alike. Then I must fill with Bible truth the void left by the elimination of Calvinism.

Someone recently asked me, How much of Calvinism is true? My answer: Zero! Am I suggesting that no truth can be found in any of Calvin’s writings? When the man quoted Scripture, he was obviously quoting the truth. However, his quoting God’s Word did not make it truth. Scripture is truth! Calvin’s error lay in his deliberately distorting Scripture after

quoting it. He would often either add to what the Bible said, take away from what it said, or actually alter the meaning of certain words, so that his end-product was in no way similar to the original. The Bible repeatedly condemns such practice, so the Lord could NOT have been pleased with John Calvin!

Of the numerous truths I want to point out in this book, one of the most important ones is this: Multitudes of people are negatively affected by John Calvin’s erroneous doctrines who have either never heard of John Calvin, or who certainly would not consider themselves to be Calvinists. His errors go far beyond his infamous teachings about predestination and the elect. In the voices of many believers today, I constantly hear the echo of Calvinism in one form or another. The man has caused major damage both to and through God’s church.

Right here I want to emphasize that all it takes to expose the satanic errors of Calvinism is one Scripture! One passage will both expose the errors of, and totally destroy, that man’s entire theological monstrosity. Just one! By that statement, I do not imply that there is only one Scripture which does so, but that it requires only one to do so. Many Scriptures, even standing alone, prove the falsehood of Calvin’s theology.

One of the most embarrassing truths about that truth is that, not just one obscure passage, but many clear passages that destroy Calvinism, have been in the Bible all along. But, countless highly-educated theologians have incompetently, or dishonestly, refused to challenge Calvin’s theology, and have instead joined Calvin in disseminating his demonic errors. I rightly use the term demonic, because anything contradicting God’s Holy Word reveals demonic activity. Paul brought that sobering reality to the church’s attention in 1 Timothy 4:1. I do not use such terminology frivolously. Many will more fully understand that reality as I begin to uncover the deceptions of Calvinism. If one shies away from such biblical research, that within itself is an admission that that one is not sure of his or her theological position after all. People who know the truth are not afraid of the truth. Bible truth, that is. So let us begin this most enlightening and liberating biblical journey.

Chapter I

Brazen dishonesty

First, I need to lay out the basics of Calvinism in simple form. All of John Calvin’s theological errors sprang from his misunderstanding of God’s sovereignty. Calvin believed that since Deity is sovereign He is behind all things that happen; both good and bad. Otherwise, God would not be considered sovereign. His glory being tarnished, God would no longer be respected. So, Calvin felt obligated to protect the sovereignty and glory of God. However, such thinking betrayed a flaw in his theology in that he assumed God’s glory and sovereignty needed protection; and that by a human being. Moreover, if everything that happens does so because God preplanned it, then He is behind all theological error as well as truth! Thus, at every turn, Calvinism is revealed as being both ridiculous and unscriptural. That is, when people investigate Calvinism with honesty, measuring it by the unaltered Word of God.

Like philosophers, Calvin tried to explain worldwide evil. But unlike philosophers, John Calvin attempted to explain it by Scripture. However, in his attempt, he actually massacred the Scriptures. The church would be better off had that man followed some different trade. As cruel as that might sound, it is nothing compared to what John Calvin has done to the church and to Holy Scripture! Rather than being a blessing, Calvinism has provided Satan a most destructive tool against God’s people. Thus, Calvin was more a villain than a hero!

God being sovereign, and evil prevailing upon earth, then God must somehow be the cause of evil as well as good. Yet, we dare not accuse the Creator of any wrongdoing; although man’s fall was (supposedly) predestined by His own Creator. God carried out that plan by sending Satan to the Garden of Eden to tempt man so he would fall. Deity withholding grace from Adam made sure that he could not keep from sinning. Just some of the basic elements of Calvinist theology! Calvin cursed the church with his theology through his Institutes of the Christian Religion and Bible Commentaries.

Enter a most diabolical feature of Calvinism: Not only did Calvin teach that God planned Adam’s fall, which corrupted the entire human race, but also contended that, for reasons known to God alone, He decided to save only a small portion of fallen mankind; arbitrarily bypassing all others; purposely making salvation off-limits to the great majority of humanity. Supposedly, before creation Deity made an unalterable list of those He would save; meaning everybody else would remain lost. His arbitrary plan was to punish all the non-elect in hell forever for His glory. None of this is my speculation. Calvin’s Institutes and Bible Commentaries are filled with such lies.

Thus, the five main points of Calvinism: Based on all the above, Calvinism’s tenets are: Total Depravity, Unconditional Election, Limited Atonement, Irresistible Grace, and of course Perseverance of the Saints (Once Saved Always Saved). That system is known as T-U-L-I-P in modern Calvinist circles.

One staunch Calvinist, Edwin H. Palmer, freely admitted that each of the five points depend on all the others in order to stand. If one is erroneous then all are erroneous; causing the entire theological system to fall apart. Palmer was right. The system indeed falls apart; and horrendous is the crash! And, as I stated earlier, all it takes is one Scripture passage to do the smashing job. However, there are numerous single passages, each of which completely destroys Calvinism.

Since exposure of only one of the five points is all that is necessary for the annihilation of the entirety of Calvinism, I need address only one or two of those five points. Scripture, however, plus my book, Are Christians Just Saved Sinners?, destroy all five. But, since that volume was published I have received additional revelation, which I report in this book.

I invested three years in research, writing and finally the publication of my fifth book, the title of which is a question: Are Christians Just Saved Sinners? Although that enterprise turned out to be a most unpleasant task, I had to tackle the issue head on. I thought I was finished with the project after the publication, but recently, over a year after that book was published, God drew me back into Calvin’s Institutes of the Christian Religion and Bible Commentaries. Furthermore, I began to see truth in certain Scripture passages to a depth I had not hitherto perceived. I began to realize more than ever just how deceptive and evil Calvinism really is. I believe you will agree as the Lord helps me unveil and expose Calvinism in light of the unaltered Scriptures. Calvin tampered with the Word of God in unauthorized ways to maintain his theology. That means Calvinism has the devil’s fingerprints upon it.
