The reason for this book is to share with you Nicoles thirty-five years of Christianity in the hopes that it will help you in your walk with Jesus.

During 20132014, while she was fishing, the Lord gave her the concept of this book. She wrote all what came to her spirit. Today, she wants to share this with you and to encourage and comfort you.

When Jesus gave us His treasure, it was not to hide it but to share it with others so that they can be blessed as well. Nicole was awakened at 3:00 a.m. to write a song. Since French is her mother tongue, she is very fluent in her native language. But the Lord gave her the song in English to make sure that he knew it was from Him. The next day, He gave her the music to play on her guitar. Today, that song is on YouTube to bless whoever listens to it. It is entitled Wake Up Soon by Nicole Laferrire. She has also included that song in this book.

Nicole Laferrière

Nicole [St-Amant] Laferrière was born in 1959, in a small village called Belle-Vallée, Ontario, Canada. They were nine children in the family. When she was fourteen years old, her sister passed away in a tragic accident the day after she got married. They buried her in her wedding dress. When Nicole was eighteen years old, she got married, and it has been thirty-seven years since she has been married with the same lovely man. She has been blessed with being the mother of three wonderful children, as well as a grandmother of an eight-year-old boy and another grandchild due in June 2015. Simon, her second child, was born mentally handicapped with high challenges, needing twenty-four-hour supervision. Nicole gave her heart and life to Jesus when she was twenty-six years old, and He changed her outlook on life and gave her the real reason for living. The real richness is not what the world can offer you but the treasure of the heart; it is only Jesus who can give it to us as we feed ourselves with His truth—our heritage, the Bible. Nicole has been working as a waitress for twenty years. Her happiness is to work and serve people, because she loves people and enjoys sharing with them the songs that she wrote while serving them. She also works in a nursing home as a cook, and she has had the opportunity to share songs and the love of God with them while they are waiting for their meal.

My Testimony

At 26 years old, I had the privilege and the Grace of God to accept, by faith in my life, the message of the Good News.

The Good News was that I needed to be saved to have eternal life with God who created me. I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart and asked Him to forgiven my sins. Immediately, I received His Spirit and became a new creation in Jesus Christ. It was for me a new beginning of life and I felt His love. He forgave me of all my sins the day I repented. My daily walk made me grow in faith and in the knowledge of His Words.

I had just found out that my son Simon was mentally handicapped but right away, I decided to trust Jesus and I told Him: "With You Jesus, we will go through this together, with Your Love and Your
