    Cosmetic surgery is a highly competitive surgical field that needs recognition like any other area of the National Health Service. Throughout history most people have recognized beauty as a key to social acceptance. However, there are many and varied societies and cultures of the world have different ideas of what is Beautiful, although there are some generally accepted standards of beauty such as smooth,unblemished skin, slenderness, shapely figures, large eyes, firm breasts and buttocks etc. The Japanese would bring up young girls feet with care because they consider small and dainty is beautiful.
