    GODLY WISDOM FOR EVERYDAY FRUSTRATION

TAKE ANY THREE of these and you have some pretty serious angst going on. But you have probably found yourself experiencing several of these kinds of emotions at one time either ongoing or frequently. Yikes! How’s a person to cope? This book gives you 7 assurances from God and more than 50 tips from me to help you deal effectively with the harsh realities of life. In addition, you will be given The 5 Steps for Frustration Transformation Form that will make it easy for you to reduce the frustration in your life.

    Specifically maybe

    • Your spouse doesn’t seem to get the point and continues negative behavior

    • Your children are acting out and getting into trouble in school

    • You are not making the money you want to make

    • Ministry is bringing more challenges than rewards

    • Family is a challenge, Work is a challenge, and Church is a challenge

All of these things and more become a source of frustration in the lives of people everywhere. Indeed, many people live every day in an unhealthy emotional state as a result of frustration. I am convinced that the devil strategically endeavors to keep believers (and others) frustrated, stressed, and discouraged. The devil knows that frustrated people are less healthy, less effective, less loving, less motivated, and less at peace with God, themselves, and others. Therefore, the healthy and the right thing to do is to find godly answers for dealing with frustration. God has given you these answers in the Bible.

While it is true that we cannot prevent all frustrating circumstances, in this book you will discover both why you should and how to avoid a good amount of frustration in life. In fact, you will also gain a greater understanding of your frustration and how to actually deal with it so effectively that you can benefit from it and be able to let it go! Yes, you really can use your frustration and then get rid of it.

Included in this book are many scriptural quotations. Unless otherwise noted, they are from the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible. Other versions used are the New Living Translation (NLT) and the King James Version (KJV).
