The book is a collection of poems written over a course of time by the author, touching numerous themes, seasons, and emotions. Not restricted to the common themes of love and separation, the poems also give insight about the darkness of being a writer. Far from a quick browse through, the book must be read slowly and savored as each poem is well construed and thought of. Also, in between the lines, the poet has narrated semiautobiographical incidences. The poet has poured his own personal struggle, clearly reflected in the dark theme. However, as is evident from the poems, the poets turnaround in personal life is reflected in the glimpses and shimmers of hope.

Writers Folly, Addictions, Moving On, and Gone with the Wind are the poets personal favorites. Rejection and coping with addiction are two critical themes of this book.

This is a collection of poems, written over a course of 2 years.

And, then waited on for more than a year, before publishing them, in search of a suitable epilogue.

These poems vary in subject and content based on what was the season of the year, to the mood of the day. Most have no correlation to anyone living, and are mere ink portraits of half formed emotions.

I would like to thank the first world problems that have caused great superficial suffering to me.

I would like to thank all the great poets whom I have followed since an early age, who have influenced me with their excessive substance abuse and narcissistic personality disorders.

I would like to thank my family, for providing me with an education to understand the difference between syntax, grammar and language.
