31 Best Practices Every Trainer Should Know (Vol. II). Why Volume II? When I was a kid I thought if I ever became a rock star, my first album (big black vinyl circular thing with grooves played on a thing called a record player) would be Dan’l’s Greatest Hits (I played trombone at the time), thinking that if I was successful, people would want to find my previous albums… and I would have marketing already built for those future albums. Later I decided that the first album should be Dan’l’s Greatest Hits (Volume II) with everyone wanting to know how to get Volume I (which I would cut at a letter date). So it is with this book… if I am successful with 31 Best Practices Every Trainer Should Know (Vol. II), I will start on 31 Best Practices Every Trainer Should Know (Vol. I)!

Each chapter is made up of a suggested Best Practice, followed by a practical question or instruction and then an opportunity for you to set a goal for yourself to use the Best Practice. Take the time to think about each practice, answer the question, and then think how you can apply the practice in your own training profession.

Please join me as I share Best Practices one at a time….
