    INTRODUCTION

In the Bible over 11,500 times three words are used. These words are printed in a special manner to indicate a different aspect of the Almighty’s character. Each one of these words is in the masculine plural gender to indicate the fact that He is a Father, He passed on to His Son His status and that He has a Spirit. That these three aspects of His character are Biblically considered a plurality of one.

Therefore in each verse quoted from the Names of God King James Edition of the Bible they will appear as follows:

    the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah)

    the strong one (God/Elohim)

    the master (Lord/Adonai)

When one of the compound names of the Almighty are used they will appear as printed in the Names of God King James Edition of the Bible.

For a more detailed explanation of the names of the Almighty and how to identify them in the Bible please refer to the Names of God King James Edition of the Bible.

    DEDICATION

This little guide is first and foremost dedicated to my redeemer (LORD/Jehovah). Who without his strength, provision and wisdom none of this would be possible.

My sweet wife who has been patient with me these long years as I worked on the Names of God Edition of the Bible from which the verses are quoted.

As a present and legacy to my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; that these guides would help them to have a better life and most importantly a closer walk with the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah).

To a special group of friends who put up with me, encouraged me, and donated their time and resources to help make this project a reality.

    In His service that all may come to know Him;

    CHAPTER-1

    THE BUSINESSMAN’S GODLY PRIORITIES TOWARD

    1.   PRAYER

    Matthew 6:6-8

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

    Matthew 21:22

And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

    Matthew 26:41

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

    Mark 1:35

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

    Mark 11:24

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

    Mark 13:33

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

    Luke 18:1-6

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not the strong one (God/Elohim), neither regarded man: and there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not the strong one (God/Elohim), nor regard man; yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. And the master (Lord/Adonai) said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.

    Luke 21:36

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

    Romans 8:26

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

    Romans 12:10-13

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the master (Lord/Adonai); rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

    Ephesians 6:18

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; and for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

    Philippians 4:6

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto the strong one (God/Elohim).

    Colossians 4:2-4

Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; Withal praying also for us, that the strong one (God/Elohim) would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

    First_Thessalonians 5:17

    Pray without ceasing.

    First_Timothy 2:8

    Jude 1:20

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

    First_Chronicles 16:11

Seek the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) and his strength, seek his face continually.

    Second_Chronicles 7:13-15

If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

    Psalms 27:8

When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), will I seek.

    Psalms 42:8

Yet the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the strong one (God/Elohim) of my life.

    Psalms 55:16-17

As for me, I will call upon the strong one (God/Elohim); and the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) shall save me. Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.

    Psalms 105:3-4

Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah). Seek the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), and his strength: seek his face evermore.

    Psalms 109:4

For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.

    Psalms 145:18

The redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

    Proverbs 15:8

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah): but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

    Isaiah 55:6

Seek ye the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), and he will have mercy upon him; and to our strong one (God/Elohim), for he will abundantly pardon.

    2.   GOD’S WORD

    Matthew 7:24-25

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

    Matthew 22:29

Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of the strong one (God/Elohim).

    Mark 13:31

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

    John 5:39

Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

    John 8:31-32

Then said Jesus, to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

    Romans 10:17

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of the strong one (God/Elohim).

    Second_Timothy 3:14-17

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of the strong one (God/Elohim), and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of the strong one (God/Elohim) may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

    Second_Peter 1:2-6, 21

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of the strong one (God/Elohim), and of Jesus our master (Lord/Adonai), according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence add to your faith virtue, and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of the strong one (God/Elohim) spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

    Exodus 24:3

And Moses came and told the people all the words of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) hath said will we do.

    Deuteronomy 4:2

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the redeemer your strong one (LORD your God/Jehovah your Elohim) which I command you.

    Deuteronomy 6:6-7

And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt take of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

    Deuteronomy 8:3

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) doth man live.

    Deuteronomy 29:29

The secret things belong unto the redeemer our strong one (LORD our God/Jehovah our Elohim): but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

    Deuteronomy 30:14

But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

    Joshua 1:8

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

    First_Chronicles 16:14-17

He is the redeemer our strong one (LORD our God/Jehovah our Elohim); his judgments are in all the earth. Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations; even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac; and hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an ever lasting covenant,

    Job 22:22

Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

    Job 23:12

Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

    Psalms 1:1-2

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah); and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

    Psalms 19:7-10

The law of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

    Psalms 32:8

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

    Psalms 37:30-31

The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. The law of his strong one (God/Elohim) is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.

    Psalms 119:9-11, 105

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

    Proverbs 6:20-23

My son, keep thy father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother: bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck. When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee. For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:

    Proverbs 16:3

Commit thy works unto the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), and thy thoughts shall be established.

    Isaiah 30:21

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

    Isaiah 40:8

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our strong one (God/Elohim) shall stand for ever.

    3.   PRAISE AND WORSHIP

    Matthew 4:10

Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) thy strong one (God/Elohim), and him only shalt thou serve.

    Luke 4:8

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) thy strong one (God/Elohim), and him only shalt thou serve.

    John 4:23-24

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. The strong one (God/Elohim) is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

    John 9:31

Now we know that the strong one (God/Elohim) heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of the strong one (God/Elohim), and doeth his will, him he heareth.

    First_Corinthians 14:13-15

Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

    Philippians 3:3

For we are the circumcision, which worship the strong one (God/Elohim) in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

    First_Timothy 2:8

I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

    First_Peter 2:4-5

To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of the strong one (God/Elohim), and precious, ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to the strong one (God/Elohim) by Jesus Christ.

    Second_Samuel 22:4

I will call on the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

    First_Chronicles 16:29

Give unto the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) in the beauty of holiness.

    Second_Chronicles 5:13-14

    It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah); and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah);

So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) had filled the house of the strong one (God/Elohim).

    Ezra 3:11

And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah); because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), because the foundation of the house of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) was laid.

    Psalms 5:7

But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

    Psalms 35:18

I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

    Psalms 84:4

Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

    Psalms 92:1-2

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High (Elyon): To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,

    Psalms 95:6

O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) our maker.

    Psalms 100:1-5

Make a joyful noise unto the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah), all ye lands. Serve the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) he is the strong one (God/Elohim): it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

    Psalms 107:8, 31- 32

Oh that men would praise the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Oh that men would praise the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.

    Psalms 138:2-5

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul. All the
