Jeffrey A. Roosa, LCSW-R started Roosa Counseling Services on 7/1/98. He has been in the field since 1990, with experience as a Probation Officer Investigator, Parent-Child Mediator, Community Dispute Mediator, Special Education Mediator, and as a therapist. He has written the Anxiety Disorder Handbook, The ADHD Kid, Play Therapy by Jeffrey Roosa, and has contributed to numerous articles for the Times Herald Record. He has been a Graduate School Field Instructor for Marywood University School of Social Work for the past several years, for Marist College since 2005, for Columbia University, Long Island University, Fordham University, and many others, educating students in the field in Play Therapy and Anxiety Disorder Treatment Technique.
