About this ebook
Claude Carson
On February 17, 1965, at Fort Hood, Texas, Claude and Glenda Carson became the proud parents of their third child. Raised in the small town of Killeen, I grew up probably like an average child would, nothing real spectacular, just a plain and simple Christian upbringing. And so, in January of 1985, as a plain and simple young man, I asked God to tell me His will for my life. I asked God to make sure he told me plain and simple to ensure there would be no misunderstanding. God led me to Jeremiah 1:4-10 and Acts 1:8. Now as I strive to live my life in accordance to God’s will, my way of life is still the same, plain and simple. I’m not a scholar with 6 or 7 degrees or a literary genius, but I use the wisdom and gifts God has given me along with some life experiences to spread God’s message the best way I know how, plain and simple. I pray these poems encourage and bless you in your life’s journey.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom;
Teaching and admonishing one another in Psalms and
Hymns and Spiritual Songs, singing with grace in your
hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever Ye do in word or
deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to
God and the Father by Him

Dedication
I would like to dedicate this book to all of the instruments
used by God within the Body of Christ, my sisters and
brothers in Christ and fellow laborers in Christ. To each
and every individual and collective servant of God
and soldiers of the cross. Specifically to all the
Pastors, Preachers, Chaplains, Evangelists, Teachers, and
Lay persons who have been obedient to the spirit’s
leadership and have boldly gone where some Christians
dare not even go, giving freely their time and their
talents to serve the Lord by sharing His good news.
(Mark 1:14 & 15)
