Poems from the Heart - Gloria Tierney
NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW
After gone, our live became a legend.
Writers wrote about our glorious times,
the one we so well faked,
the smiles which tears replaced.
Legend has it, that I never cried.
It has it, we were happy and in love.
It reads we were a heavenly made couple.
They used the story of our life,
as a tool for peace and hope.
No one will ever know that I still cry.
No one will ever know you broke my heart.
The legend must remain as is,
since no one knows.
Meanwhile it is my only hope,
that you repent and cry with me.
For Riona. Hope you like it.
I TRULY DON’T MISS YOU
I am alone and feeling cold.
And without love, feeling sad.
I truly don’t miss you, babe.
What I miss is, the good times.
I’m missing my nightly treats.
I’m missing a hug, a kiss.
I’m missing making love too.
But, by no means I miss you.
I forgot what you look like.
But, not what you felt like, by touch.
And I recall very well,
the pleasure, when we made love.
I truly don’t miss you babe.
I better find love, real soon.
’cause it isn’t you I miss,
It’s what you have given me.
and all which I took from you.
THOMAS
Thirst for wine, for honey-loving juices you bring,
which awake inner notions and shadow my real emotions,
drowning the lady within me.
Heat burning as
