Where to begin?
We are about to answer the question every parent asks . . . . When do you start toilet training??? Well of course there is no easy answer. Generally, we would say around the age 2-21/2 range they will be ready to toilet train, however anywhere from 18 months on, your child could start showing any of the following signs . . . .
Untitled-1.jpg Readiness signs:
Untitled-1.jpg Staying dry for long periods of time.
Untitled-1.jpg May have some language to verbally tell you
Untitled-1.jpg Not wanting their diaper on—wanting to wear big girl/boy
underwear.
Untitled-1.jpg Wanting to flush the toilet—has interest in the washroom.
Untitled-1.jpg Waking up dry from a nap or in the morning.
Untitled-1.jpg Grabbing or holding self (diaper area).
Untitled-1.jpg Showing interest in sitting on the toilet.
