FIRST SIP OF WATER

ost babies will get all the hydration they need from breastmilk or formula for the first six months of their life and will not require any additional water. But if you’re wondering when can your infant have his first sip of water, at six months, your baby is ready. Be careful though. For, if you give him too much, it can possibly cause a tummy ache or make him too full to be able to eat properly. Giving newborn babies water could also interfere with their ability to absorb nutrients from breastmilk or formula.
