A new point of view
THE BIG PICTURE
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could experience a bit more success in your life?
Success is an extremely well-researched subject. People have been interviewed, lives studied, companies analysed and many books written, allowing millions to benefit from the knowledge and experience shared. You may have read many, tried the suggested techniques and achieved a degree of success, and are now ready for even more.
Or, you could still be waiting for the success you feel you have worked so hard for. You may be wondering, why is it taking so long, or, what am I doing wrong?
Making Moments Matter is a ‘big picture’ approach that will hopefully give you a clearer perspective of some of the factors that influence your daily life, and give you greater awareness to notice the opportunities that appear before you.
And, especially, to enjoy success more often.
THERE IS A WAY … THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY.
Admit it!
You don’t know, what you don’t know!
I can learn from this moment …
I can learn from this moment …
I can learn from this moment …
I can learn from this moment.
The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.
SOCRATES

The more I read, the more I acquire,
the more certain I am that I know nothing.
VOLTAIRE
1694–1778
There is nothing new except what has been forgotten.
MARIE ANTOINETTE
1755–93
Any fool can know. The point is to understand.
ALBERT EINSTEIN
1879–1955
A wise man never knows all; only a fool knows everything.

THE ART OF SUCCESS
Success is real. We need only look around us to see people who are seemingly better off than ourselves. Living happy lives, too.
But there are others who have all the extras a better life can afford, yet are desperately unhappy.
So, what is the difference? How do we make sense of it all? The answer is in our minds. It’s personal. Very personal.
Take a moment to think about what success means to you.
Whatever your definition, it is yours. Others may criticise or agree with your definition, but, at the end of the day, you define your own success. You may be capable of more, but if you don’t desire that, should you strive for more?
It’s been said that, ‘Happiness is wanting what you’ve got, not what you haven’t.’ Can the same be said for success?
Could success be wanting what you’ve got, not what you haven’t?
It doesn’t matter either way. My definition will be mine, and yours will be yours.
MAKING MOMENTS MATTER
What is success?
To me, success is …
I have achieved, I can achieve …
I have achieved, I can achieve …
I have achieved, I can achieve …
I have achieved, I can achieve.
Happiness is the meaning and purpose of life,
the whole aim and end of human existence.
ARISTOTLE

The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.
MICHELANGELO

The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.
RALPH WALDO EMERSON
