    The definition and meaning of the Bible's measurements are hotly debated among scholars, but the answers lie within the Bible itself; this book explains, not only the precise definition of each measurement, but also the spiritual meaning behind it. We can not only define the omer, but also explain that it represents Jesus... as well as how the omer was used to define the golden talent, which in turn defined the silver talent, which in turn the Bible gives as the legal value of a man's life (1 Kings 20:39)... a man's life which is, in turn, sustained by an omer of bread a day (Exodus 16:16), bringing us back to the definition of the golden talent!

    We can not only define the cubit, but use it to show that God understood pi perfectly; not only define an acre, but explain its precise value in silver shekels, or in chomers of grain. We can not only understand the chomer, but also explain the clever Hebrew pun that unites the meaning of a large pot of grain, the threshing floor upon which it is threshed, and the clay from which that same pot is made! It is a fascinating yet accessible journey through the inspired measurements which God used to measure not only the heavens, but everything within them.
