Into War

It is about our spiritual battle to believe God. It is also my Faith testimony; how I got to know Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and to know about His blood that was shed for me, and that now He is the Authority and Supreme Power as the Head of His Church. Look Out World, Here He Comes, first to take us out, and then to bring us back to rule and reign with Him!

Revelation 19:10

…for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

A Testing:

Within these pages you will find what happens when a person, who is created spirit, soul and body, gets saved, filled with His Spirit, and then is tested (put on trial, or has trials) for Faith by God, Himself. It is not just salvation, to go to Heaven, and come back, but it is a Supernatural, lesson in life, how the Holy Spirit walks us through our own choices, yet never leaves us when we make such blatant, stupid, unholy, mistakes. It is also Grace—the unmerited favour of God! It is the Glory we see and receive for eternity. The Father God just loves us to redeem us from the devil’s clutch by presenting us to His only begotten Son, our Saviour, Jesus.

The Battle for our soul is fought in the mind. It is real! The devil and his demons hate you because God, Himself saves you, heals you, and delivers you. You cannot separate the Bible from God. He is the Word!

From here, on a little farm, where a bankruptcy occurred physically, but with a Spiritual Wander, as an unspeakable Glory occurs when in our battle, He takes us away to experience Him, My God! So many have gods…unseen, unknown, no ears to hear, no eyes to see, no help in times of trouble, or sickness, or peril in life. But, I can in Jesus, instantly call upon My God to sweep into my life to care for me! Yes, He is My God!

My husband, Daniel, and I, with our two small boys, were hobby farmers, having a thousand hives of bees, but decided to expand. We became caught up into the times of extreme financial upheaval with farm prices fluctuating and inflation rampant. Some had good times, and we saw our lives as normal.

1 Corinthians 2:14

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

But when being tested, one finds out that God is Spirit, and so is Satan. We began to falter.

The dictionary in my Apple computer describes testing as a procedure intended to establish the quality, performance, or reliability of something, especially before it is taken into widespread use. Also, a short written or spoken examination of a person’s proficiency or knowledge; an approval. The word trial is trouble, anxiety, worry, burden, affliction, ordeal, tribulation, adversity, hardship, trying time, tragedy, trauma, setback, difficulty, problem, misfortune, bad luck, mishap, misadventure, etc. I call it a spiritual War.

I chose to use the word testing instead of trial, to cover, not just problems, but also the approval. But the words Great Tribulation are for the last seven years of destruction of humanity that did not get Born-Again; first three and a half years of the left-behind saints murdered and the last three and a half years of humanity that would not receive the gift of salvation but cursed God and entered into God’s wrath, and total destruction.

Matthew 24: 3-13

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ, and shall deceive many.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines, and pestilences and earthquakes, in divers places.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another; and shall hate one another.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall was cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Trials and tribulations of Job are in this book; a man that had all his possessions, family, and friends, removed from him by Satan, with God’s permission.

Our world today, with Fake News, is being set up by this same Satan to enter into complete deception for the End Time AntiChrist coming. Most right now do not realize that they are believing a lie. This too is a spiritual War. Deception can only come when there is sin.

The Dreams:

It was a series of small, fast, dreams we had. But we did not know we were bankrupt: spirit, soul and body:

Zoe’s dream:

The fighter planes were flying very low, the bombs were dropped, and then we hid ourselves by crawling under huge uprooted trees that have been downed by the first attack. Just the two of us, my husband, Daniel, and I. Then there were thousands and thousands with us.

Daniel’s dream:

Men drove into our farmyard with huge trailers, much clatter, noisily; unloading the horses; beautiful horses -- white, pale and roan -- then men mounting them again, and then surrounding our farmhouse, barns, and machine sheds. They were there for a very short time; messing up the yard with droppings. This is my property! he yelled. They silently watched. He demanded to know, What are you doing here, leaving your dirt and droppings? They backed off, loaded up, and left.

Our hobby farm was a few acres, but when God decided to test us, He moved us to 1600 acres of mostly cropland. We purchased larger tractors, plowing, cultivating, equipment, and moved other equipment we had from the hobby farms we worked on for ten years prior to this farm. We built large round granaries for storing our canola, peas, buckwheat, flax, wheat, and oats as well as clover seeds. We fully equipped our buildings with honey extractors, hives, several trucks and vehicles, specialized; we built a metal building over 100 feet in length and probably 60’ in width to store the combine, and all the other farm equipment, but we still needed more room for the overflow of equipment.

God was speaking to us, yes, He was calling us into a different path. But why war? Could we not farm in peace and tranquility and be tested? The experiences with God, do they have to be in such destruction? Our world did not have a living God, nor did we know of a devil that destroys in front of your eyes. Our children, innocently, were targeted for destruction by this same devil we were about to meet.

That’s what the devil does, like a roaring lion, looking for whom he may devour. He is now a toothless snake to me. We learnt that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, in us and to set us free. We were entering into a knowledge of this spiritual War.

(Zoe:

I laughed out loud when I saw him walking down the path to our house. I am the Trustee for the Creditor, and I’m here to auction off this land, buildings, and equipment. You have to be outa’ here by the end of the month. Midnight. He was a slight man, and he wore a brand new, white Stetson hat, on an acne’d, blotched, and red face. He wore brand new, white, cowboy boots, and a brand new straight-cut, double-breasted, navy, full-length coat, and with black leather gloves. He was so nervous that he trembled, and then he shook like a leaf in the wind. His left foot lifted up in the shaking! He was so nervous! My first thought was He really dressed up to come to the farm!

The Trustee came with a watchman and a small trailer. Nothing was to leave the yard until after the Auction.)

Then shortly after, another dream: Daniel’s dream:

He was running with all his might, in great fear, from a black rider on a black horse. He could almost feel his hot breath on his neck as he was catching up. Daniel looked up and saw a brass ring falling from the sky. He needed to catch it. At the same moment a white rider on a white horse was coming towards Daniel at full gallop. He quickly grabbed the brass ring from the sky, and as the white rider on a white horse galloped past. the White Rider took the brass ring from him. Daniel woke up.

Daniel knew enough. The black rider on the black horse was the devil; the white rider on the white horse was Jesus. The brass ring was Daniel’s judgment and the Judge was on his side. He was for Daniel.

It was War. Jesus and the devil, at war, for his soul!

Then another dream:

All four family members dreamed it in the same night:

Daniel: He was speared with a sword through the stomach;

Zoe: Was shot in the temple of her head;

Mark - He was only eight years old then, but he was shot in the back of the head, and

Simon - He was six, standing, with his little hand in the nail-scarred Hand of Jesus. They both were looking at Simon’s own beheading.

These short dreams were warnings that we are going into another phase of our lives: God was talking to us. This experience was going to be unto death. This was going to be the testing for faith! Like war. The testing was going to be Are you Mine? Can you be delivered from religion and stuff?

Nobody told us that we had to be tested for faith. Nobody! Or go through any spiritual tribulations? Meet God? Meet the devil? Nobody! Be spiritually tried? Or be trained, like in the army, without knowing we had been enlisted? Be chastised by God for our sin? Or be a martyr, or lose our children for His Name’s sake? Or because of our sins! Nobody, Never! Lose all our possessions? Or the renunciation of worldly treasures helplessly? Sell everything we have and come, follow me! Nobody! Or, lose our reputation? Be called crazy? Or be reproached, despised, imprisoned and lined up and beheaded, because of the war the devil has against God and His children? Nobody! Or suffer for Christ? Who ever thought of persecution for the Name of Jesus by our relatives, and friends? Or death for His Name’s sake? Our progeny will never want to see us again? Whoever said that we would not see our grandchildren grow up? Did anyone ever say that the End Time could mean beheading and living in a country that hates God? Or, are we willing to get to know who God, the Father is, God the Son is, God the Holy Spirit is, One God in three Persons?

Aren’t we as Christians, clean, and perfect, all the time? We live in North America! We are Christians? Yeah, Right! We might look great on the outside but inside, we are crying, bloody, and hurting! Are we Christians while tested?

Is a remnant left? Yeah, Right! Look’t a’ Jo…Beh! Who’s a’ Jo...Beh?

In Hebrews 11 the Holy Spirit lists those that had trials. But it started in Genesis, like Abel who offered unto God a blood sacrifice, instead of Cain’s grains. Cain killed Abel. Abel’s excellent offering is speaking even though he is dead. Abel presented blood, a type of Christ. Abel did the right thing even though it cost him his life. All of it was war.

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an Ark to the saving of his house, by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. (God said it, I believe it, and that settles that!)

One of my favourite stories of people working out Faith in his trials and testing, is of Abraham who was called out by the Lord God Almighty. Abraham,

Hebrews 11:8,10

and he went out, not knowing whither he went…

For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

This new City, he was looking for, was in another Kingdom, the Kingdom of God, Supernatural. Abraham, who is the Father of Faith, had to endure tremendous trial and testing. Abraham’s life reads like a Born-Again Christian’s life: Sell everything you have and Come, Follow Me, Jesus said.

God asked, and Abraham believed God, therefore it was reckoned to him as righteousness. By presenting his only begotten son, Isaac, as a sacrifice on the altar, was by far the hardest for him, but he believed God. God told him that Isaac was going to be resurrected even before they he went up on Mount Moriah! This was a type: God, our Father, presented His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall have everlasting life. A difference: the Kingdom of God, eternity; the Kingdom of this world, time-limited life.

Abraham did not see the New City, Jerusalem, until he died and went to Heaven.

Hebrews 11:17-19

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,

Of whom it was said That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:

Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

No one can bear to offer up a child, but God told Abraham beforehand that He would provide the sacrifice for him, and that Abraham and Isaac would come back home. Again, this is a type of Christ. Jehovah God offered up His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, as the Lamb sacrifice and then came the resurrection from the dead, a new Creation, a first-born of many brethren, also the Messiah.

Not to forget Sarah. She laughed out loud when God told her that she was going to have a baby. At what age? 90? That’s why they named their son, Isaac, Laughter and from that seed came

Hebrews 11:

…so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. My family believed God also, and from that seed we were Born-Again, but without much knowledge. (My wonder? How does Jesus do that? He can do it when a million people are a congregation in Nigeria, but how does He do that?)
