Faith: For Unending Victorious Living
By Mike Olawale

About this ebook
The force of faith is equivalent to the life-sustaining heartbeat of all human beings. Whenever the heart fails, the life of the individual ceases, likewise, whenever believers fail to exercise their faith, their lives become “lifeless and colorless”. The Bible says in Hebrews 11:32-34, that through faith (their faith) they subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises…; therefore, wisdom demands that each individual accepts the responsibility to develop his or her own faith.
So, it is my earnest desire that as you engage with this book, you will intentionally commit to a lifestyle of stirring up your faith to act upon God’s word. As you do it this, you commit Him to perform it. As He performs it, your faith in Him increases, day by day, stature by stature, victory by victory… till you tangibly begin to subdue kingdoms like the men and women did in Hebrews 11:32-34. This is the very purpose for which Christ died, to build a kingdom of kings and priests enforcing the life and power of God’s Kingdom in every sphere of human life and activity.

Foreword
For the believer in Jesus Christ, the subject of
faith is one inexhaustible subject.
It is the critical element that gives Christianity
its flavor of invincibility.
You hold in your hand a rich volume on faith: Faith for Unending
Victorious Living by Pastor Mike Olawale, whose life embodies
the practicality of the contents of this impactful book.
The focus of this book centers around the practical ways to apply
the principles of faith to everyday living. Exalting the place of
faith in the Christian’s life, the author proved from scriptures that
faith is an attitude of confidence in God concerning something
real and definite that we can possess in the here and now. That
is so very powerful. Faith is now! It is pertinent to accessing all
that has already been made available to us through redemption.
The crux of the matter, which Pastor Olawale addresses so
poignantly in this book, is our own responsibility of doing due
diligence in order to enjoy all that rightfully belongs to us in
Christ. You will learn not just what faith is and how to make it
produce, but also the amazing correlation between Faith and Hope.
In the words of the author on page 31, "Faith must be fertilized
(impregnated) by hope in order for a desired result to be delivered. In other
words, faith gives substance to your hope. To be hopeless is to be helpless."
The author’s admonition on patience in chapter 12 makes
this book balanced on this all-important subject. He clarifies
the age-old misconception of the mutual exclusivity of faith
and patience in the life of the believer, stating "The power
of patience is a working power. When your faith has a tendency to
waver, it is patience that comes to faith’s rescue to make it stand."
The major takeaway from this book is the endless possibilities
available to the believer to live victoriously in every situation
and circumstance. Be that as it may, however, a proper
understanding of how faith helps to make this happen is the first
step in that direction. You will gain clarity on the workings of
faith, which the Bible says is the victory,
in 1 John 5:4.
While recommending this book most highly, I enjoin you to do more
than merely read it. Study it diligently. Apply it unreservedly. Then
expect to go from victory to victory in your daily walk with God as
your action commits Him to perform what you believe in His word.

Introduction
Hebrews 11:32–34 (KJV)
And what more shall I say? For the time would fail to tell me of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to fight the armies of the aliens.
It is very significant for believers to know this simple biblical truth: Nothing works in the Kingdom of God without faith. It takes faith to get any results from God. For instance, Proverbs 4:7 states, Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Similarly, faith is the principal instrument or key for total victory. The life of a believer revolves around faith, for without it, nothing gets accomplished.
Faith is the principal key that unlocks the unlimited supernatural ability of God, enabling Him to change the life of an ordinary individual into a victorious life of testimonies. It is the substance that God uses to turn an individual into an unbeatable believer when it comes to handling the conflicts of life. Faith is what brings a person into a shame-free lifestyle and a higher realm of life. It brings victory to any believer any day, anytime, and anywhere, irrespective of the circumstances! Jesus made this clear to His disciples in Matthew 17:20. "And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."
Faith in God gives meaning and substance to the life of Christians because the force of faith enables believers to stand in the midst of opposition and yet be in control. The force of faith is equivalent to the life-sustaining heartbeat of all human beings. Whenever the heart fails (heart attack), the life of the individual ceases. Likewise, whenever believers fail to exercise their faith, their lives become lifeless and colorless.
This means that such believers become losers who are void of good reports and testimonies. This is the reason for which satan always attacks the faith of believers! If he can successfully destroy this scriptural root
of a believer’s foundation (faith), then there is nothing left in the believer. For instance, satan cannot destroy your home, steal your possessions, or steal your joy until he is able to destroy your foundation of faith, the very anchor of your lifeline, as the believer.
The late Pastor Kenneth Hagin said that in the early days of his ministry, he had never participated in meetings that lasted for less than three weeks (this includes daily morning, afternoon, and evening services). What was he doing by setting such a goal? He was building his foundation of faith
by hearing the Word of God over and over again! Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
Faith is not a mental assent (agreeing to something after thoughtful consideration). Instead, faith is like a
