When starting a new journal, I like to begin with a Current Life Update
page. On this page, I include my current life status, any hobbies & interests I have at the time, my current job or school status, relationship status, etc. Anything that you feel is important to you in this current moment will be great to write on this page. As you go through your journal, continue to look at this page and see how many things change or what stays the same. Either way, it’s great to have something to reflect on and see either your staying power or progress.
At the end, include your current goals. Make sure that you are specific with your goals and give yourself deadlines to look
