Preface

In ancient times, from outer space came a strange stone.  The stone fell on the ground and caused a massive explosion.

A little boy from an aboriginal tribe saw the explosion and location. He ran over there and found a amber color stone. He played with the stone using a stick, but he was not aware of a T-Rex approaching him quietly.

The surface on stone from outer space started showing the signal – Enter collection sample. The little boy didn’t understand these words. Then he turned around and noticed a huge T-Rex standing right next to him.

The T-Rex was about to open its mouth to swallow the boy. In a panic, he shouted ‘Dinosaur’ when he was still holding the outer space stone. The stone sensed the message and it flashed a light. The dinosaur was turned into particle cloud and sucked into the stone then it disappeared.

The little boy felt frightened and surprised at the same time. From then on, the tribe used the stone to extinguish many dinosaurs and they called it the Dinosaur Stone.

However, the dinosaur stone became extremely unstable after it absorbed a massive amount power from a lot of dinosaurs. Once again, the surface of the stone showed the signal – Release collection sample. Nobody understood these words, but ever since, some people were turned into dinosaurs suddenly. And again, no one knew the reason.

It went on like that until the tribe was extinguished. The dinosaur stone remained unstable.

After a thousand generations, the wizards casted spells on it. The Dinosaur Stone finally was stabilized temporarily and it was buried deep in the ground. However, human beings over exploited the lands and Dinosaur Stone was soon to be found.…

My Situation

It’s in the morning time. A community nearby the foggy mountains was surrounded by lush lawns. There was a two-story house and this was where Simon’s family lived.

It’s a sunny and mild day. Temperature is very pleasant so it’s going to be a cool and cozy day. The news was on the television in the livening room at Simon’s place. Simon’s mom, Mrs. Wang was frying some eggs while listening to the news on TV.

Unfortunately, the following news was not very pleasant. At one elementary school in the United States, a student carried guns to school and killed teachers and classmates. This type of case already happened once last month…

Ah! Was there something wrong with our education? It’s time to discipline these children! Mrs. Wang sighed. Then she yelled at the intercom on the kitchen wall, Simon Wang! Get up! You are going to be late for school!

Urgh! Simon suddenly woke up in his bedroom on the second floor.

Didn’t I take out the speaker? Simon opened his eyes and looked around the bedroom in disgust. Where on earth is it hidden?

Simon didn’t hear more noise. He was about to turn over and fall asleep but here came second sound wave. Simon! Get up quickly! Simon opened his eyes helplessly and finally got out of the bed in case there would be a third one. He reluctantly dragged himself out of his room and sat on the chair at the dining table.

In the kitchen, Simon’s mom was holding a spatula. She turned her head and said, I woke you up ten minutes late. It was a bonus for you. Oh! Simon responded to show his mom he’d heard it.

Well-dressed Mrs. Wang was throwing three fried eggs sequentially on the plates on the dining table. There was not a drop of oil on her clothes and the distance between the table and the kitchen is at least three meters.

Mrs. Wang did not stop moving her hands nor her mouth. Simon! Yesterday your teacher called to tell me you still had to hand in two biology reports. And you need to stay for the additional math class in the evening. And did you prepare for the Karate qualifying round? And…
