INTRODUCTION
This part has been made especially to help people seeking for a job to make a successful job interview.
Most of a people intending to make a job interview become stressed some days earlier. They know that they have to be prepared, but they are a little bit afraid from this confrontation, from the unknown. They are also afraid from de the deception, because everybody who attends a job interview hopes to be selected. And not everybody will be selected but only the ones who do fulfil the requirements of the job application.
So be aware that independently from the reasons making you needing this job to the highest level. Your chances are most of the time influenced mainly by the number of applicants, and the job qualifications required compared to your capacity to fulfil them.
We will suppose in this part that you will be applying for a job and that you are going to attend the job interview, and we supply you with the advises package you need in order to considerably increase your chances:
JOB INTERVIEW = PROBLEM SOLVING
Keep in mind that the company who is trying to recruit an employee, searches before anything else to solve a problem that they face internally within their organization. Buy hiring somebody they are seeking for the solution.
You are participating in a job interview, so you have to be the solution to their problems. You have to see yourself like this and feel confident about it.
Be prepared by listing in a written form all what you need to know from your side about the organization you are visiting or the job you are applying for.
CURRICULUM VITAE = PERSONAL RESUME
You are in all cases required to take with you a CV (personal resume called also Curriculum Vitae).
Even when you have sent it earlier, you should take one with you as well. It shows more diligence and professionalism.
Many job applicants spend so much time to look to the ideal CV model or template, the most modern, or the nicer. They think that this is to what the employers will give the higher importance. But in fact this is not
