1. Hannah Hollyhock
Hello my fairy friends! Are you a new reader? Well, my name is Fidget and I am an orange tabby cat, a very good friend to Phoebe Bumble-Beebee. Phoebe is a very pretty, friendly fairy and she has the most beautiful long brown hair that almost covers her delicate silvery wings. Her favourite clothes are her midnight-purple leggings, silver-moon T-shirt and she always wears purple Doc Foster’s boots. Phoebe’s last adventure was a bit smelly and messy, working as a dog poo fairy in the hedgerows.
Today I am going to tell you about an adventure with Hannah Hollyhock, she is Phoebe’s best fairy friend forever. Hannah has shoulder-length, straight blonde hair that is glossy and shiny and velvety to the touch; it’s the exact same feeling you experience if you stroke the fur of Wriggle, a blue Burmese cat. She is my best friend forever.
Hannah has long blonde eyelashes and the most amazing gentle green eyes with golden flecks. Her wings have a beautiful gold shimmer, just like her mum’s and she is a friendly, happy, kind and patient fairy. All the animals love her and she always makes time to speak to them and find out how they are.
Hannah’s favourite clothes are a black T-shirt with a cute white cat on the front – cats are her favourite animal. She always wears a pair of glittery rainbow leggings and her Doc Foster boots. Just like Phoebe, she has a range of boots in different colours. When she wears her black T-shirt though she always wears her black DFs, which have sparkly rainbow laces.
I have been told by Hannah that all fairies have lovely homes that are a bit like your big people’s houses, the difference is they are very tiny so big people and animals can’t fit in. Only a fairy can see the outside of their house as they cast magic spells on them so no one can see it or ever find out where they live. Fairies also like to move often as they get bored staying in one spot.
Hannah told me that, at the moment, her house is a modern recycled one with a grass roof where wild flowers grow. The birds and squirrels love sitting on top of her house and they always get treats if Hannah is in. The walls are made from branches and tree bark and the window frames are made from plastic that the big people have thrown away in the countryside. The windows are made out of coloured glass, shaped into pictures of animals, flowers and Hannah’s family. I’ve been told that when the sun shines through, the colours dance and sparkle around the rooms. It must
