    Confidence

    It goes without saying that your confidence is probably not always as strong as you would like it to be. It can sometimes be shadowed by doubt, which, if left unchallenged, can evolve into insecurities. There is no cause for alarm if you lack confidence in your ability to do something, as sometimes it is healthy fear that causes you to hesitate or stand down entirely from a challenge. But this healthy fear might just be a precursor to some absolute adrenaline-pumping thrills. If this is the case, work through the fear and have some fun.
