This is a book of 25 authentic vegetarian recipes by 16 Indian Grandmothers from various regions of India, from 70 till 95 years of age. The book is divided into two parts, with (1) Grandmas Recipes and (2) Grandmas Legacies (where family members sent the recipes).
Recipes include recipes for the following: Khirer Malpua, Chandraket, Mulor Korma, Lentil Idli, Theeyal, Paneer Googly and Begun Jhura, Rail Roti and Sukrathfal, Tai Phake, Mooli ke Kofte, Swaal and Alu Sabji, Coconut Milk Kheer, Red Rice Kozhukkatta with Red Chily Chutney, Jive Goja, Molor Pithe, Kaalan, Mor Ku-Zhambu, Meetha Dalia, Chaanar Payesh, Gokul Pithe, Patijora, Chammanthypodi, and Mochar-Dhokar Dalna.
