In addition to helping people resolve their legal and commercial disputes with mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution, Mr. Relyea teaches negotiation at the University of San Diego School of Law and the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Relyea is a member of the Panel of Distinguished Mediators and Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.

About the Authors
Gregg F. Relyea, Esq.
Mr. Relyea is a lawyer, mediator, professor, negotiation teacher and trainer. In addition al helping people resolve their disputes, he teaches negotiation and mediation at the University of San Diego, School of Law, California Western School of Law, and the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Mr. Relyea is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Panel of Distinguished Mediators and a Practitioner/Educator member of the Association for Conflict Resolution.
Mr. Relyea, with Dr. Weiss, co-authored Trouble at the Watering Hole,
an illustrated storybook for children ages 3 - to 12-years-old that teaches skills for resolving everyday conflicts (Resolution Press, 2017). Mr. Relyea also has authored a comprehensive text, Negotiation, Mediation, and Dispute Resolution--Core Skills and Practices
(2018).
Joshua N. Weiss, Ph.D.
Joshua N. Weiss, Ph.D., is co-founder of the Global Negotiation Initiative at Harvard Law School and a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Negotiation Project. Dr. Weiss also is the Director of the Master's Degree in Leadership and Negotiation at Bay Bath University (Massachusetts).
Both Mr. Relyea and Dr. Weiss have authored numerous articles and publications about negotiation and mediation in professional journals, podcasts, and other publications/media.
