If you want to reduce the effects of depression in your life, this book will help in several ways. First, you will learn what is causing not just the label (depression), but the symptoms. Each and every one of them will be explained. Once you understand this, it will become obvious what you need to do in order to reduce their effect and recover. This book includes a three-week program of self-help videos which will walk you through everything you need to do step-by-step. Although NO FORM OF HELP WILL WORK FOR EVERONE, this three-week program has already helped over twelve-hundred people. It is priced to cover costs and be affordable for as many people as possible. I am a retired psychotherapist and not a video technician, so don't expect 'professional' video editing - but each video is clear, and more importantly, will provide the help you need.

Within my career, I have worked with and helped so many people with such varied and interesting backgrounds that this more than compensates for the lack of specific crime, police procedure and political experience when writing my books. Of course I should also mention that I have read thousands of books since the age of four - and am now ancient - so that's a lot of books. Along with my long-term suffering parter, we have five middle-aged children and ten grandchildren between us. For those who have not yet experienced the joy of grandchildren - yes, it is true - you can give them back after their stay! Introduction
IS THIS PROGRAM a cure for depression?
Will it help me get over depression?
Answer: YES, but it cannot help everyone.
Seven-year trial

Anxiety or Depression
You may not be clear about which program to take - anxiety or depression. This decision may confuse you, but you will not be alone for a simple reason - many of the symptoms overlap.
As far as these two programs are concerned, it will not matter which you choose - again, for a straightforward reason - these are two unique versions of the same thing - emotional distress -, and you will resolve them using the same approach, with equal success.
So don’t worry about it; pick the one you feel reflects your thoughts, and start.
Stress
Given the variety of symptoms you suffer, you may also describe yourself as suffering from Stress. Again, as in the case of Anxiety versus Depression, Stress will have many overlapping symptoms.

Watching the videos
Most people will likely take the course independently, but you can take it with a
