All my life I've talked to people who have had problems with weight gain and weight loss who were looking for a permanently quick result on weight loss.I created this book, Body for Life, for the military, since I started cooking in the military when I joined at seventeen years old. I share what's bad for the body, and health problems from eating too much processed food, too many carbohydrates, and bad fast food.It all about small and large intestines body function.
