Nearly everyone has heard Bobby McFerrin's song entitled Don't Worry, Be Happy.
The song has an appealing way of conveying the message of happiness to everyone. The message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.
You want happiness, but you don’t know how to be. It's quite simple. It's your mindset. Mindset is what you subconsciously believe that hides behind what you think you believe. There are many types of mindset. To name a few, there are relationship mindset, money mindset, the healthy mindset, the time mindset, and the fear mindset. Those are more focused and personal.
Then, we have more broad-based mindsets. Some people believed that the earth is spherical, others believed it’s flat. Some believe in global warming, others just believe it’s part of a cycle.
According to Carol Dweck there are also fixed and growth mindsets. The fixed mindset believes in statements such as:
