I remember going through my photo album that morning wondering what the hell had happened to my life. I was once upon a time this adventurous outgoing person who lived with the thrill. Life had taken a different turn and as I analyzed my life, I realized that a lot had changed.

I had become a boring person who thought about paying bills, what my kids would eat that night and where we would go for vacation in a few months.

Don’t get me wrong, I was happy, but I had lost myself in satisfying other peoples’ needs. I was, however successful in my career, but I didn’t know how to have fun anymore. 

Fate, however, works in the most unsuspecting ways, as I sat by myself that afternoon thinking about my life, a call came through for me from a strange number.

I recognized the voice immediately but almost thought that my mind was playing tricks on me.
