Self- Help: The Understanding of Life
()
About this ebook
Modern life philosophies. Practical ways for reaching happiness and freedom. Most important questions and answers. Real knowledge.
“Self- Help: The Understanding of Life” is another insightful reading from Vladimir Zivkovic, the author of books “Modern Relationships” and “The Book about Divine-Self”. How to improve your low self-esteem? Where all these modern life problems stem from? How to overcome them and stay on the right path in this crazy world? Further on, it reflects on the issues of the modern man with Self, God, morality, and authorities. The author offers real-life examples to help readers answer these currently burning questions and regain their lost spirituality and confidence.
The author mainly talks about our attitude to everyday life and shortcomings of the modern life philosophies which have separated man from its true nature and purpose. The main goal of being happy has turned into great confusion of various teachings and into pure hedonism and an egotistic striving for some kind of success and fame or just to simply pleasure and indulge oneself and one's appetites for worldly pleasures. In this book, is presented a positive spiritual discipline that is free from ego and that will aid a reader to keep one's mind open for the important questions in life.
Eventually, it turns out that we look for happiness in the wrong places all the time - the main goal of being happy is not focused on ego, but on making others happy most of the times. Our transient time and memory are another reason to make us question our ways in the world and what we really want to focus on in our lives. Keep in mind that everything that is worthy will not come easily. The change starts with you and it takes lots of work. We should just stop rushing towards materialism and continue moving on at a steady pace towards our true nature and purpose.
Vladimir Živković
Vladimir’s work consists in helping people to settle in love and sex life, to progress in spirituality, to become happy, to achieve themselves and their own value, and to return to themselves dignity and self-esteem.Vladimir Živković is born in Belgrade, on 20th of April, 1970. He has spent his childhood and adolescence in Nis, where he finished the high-school. At 26, he went to live and work in Novi Sad where he has begun to practice spirituality and various spiritual disciplines, the most emphasized was meditation. Next 20 years, insights and spiritual experiences followed, that changed his life and his relation to God. The outcomes were inner changes and desire to share the truth with everyone (with the aim of self-healing).The practical technique that he has learned as an aid in his spiritual journey is Japanese Divine massage. Also, he has become Reiki master in 2004.-so he often helps people and students to facilitate their spiritual journey by practicing Reiki-healing techniques. Most part of his time he is dedicating to improving his knowledge of a man’s psyche, so he is acquainted with techniques of self-healing, as well as techniques of releasing negativity.Vladimir Živković says: -When I gained spiritual experiences and knowledge of Divine Self, I wanted to help people. Working with individuals did not satisfy me because it was not productive and it took me a lot of time and effort. An additional problem was that many people who come for help do not want to try to change dark side of personality. That’s why I came to the conclusion that it is best to put my knowledge and experience on paper. When the reader reads my book then he/she decides what to accept from the book and what he/she will doing through life. In that way I save time and effort, and my knowledge and help are available to everyone.Soon I came to the conclusion that I have to publish 3 books. The first book I published in English is called “Modern Relationships”. The book is made up of 3 parts and represents the integration of spiritual and worldly life. How to reconcile the marital and, therefore, the love life, the sexual and the spiritual life. The second book is a classic spiritual. The title of the book is “The Book about Divine Self”. It presents the essence of spiritual knowledge and it is necessary to be read by the members of all faiths, races, nations and religions. The last book is a "SELF- HELP: The Understanding of Life". This book contains practical lessons in the field of reaching love for oneself, strengthening self-esteem, achieving gratitude and satisfaction. Trenutno živi i radi u Niškoj Banji.

INTRODUCTION
WORLDLY HAPPINESS IS THE MEASURE OF POSITIVE KARMA
One of the unpleasant truths of the modern time is the one that people constantly repeat, but they forget that they themselves are living by it. The truth is: as you saw, so you will reap.
What does that mean?
If a person experiences uneasiness, it means that he or she is or was making mistakes on many levels. In terms of the world and karma, a mistake means doing evil and blasphemy. The miserable man would hardly accept this spiritual law because then he or she would have to accept the truth that he or she is imperfect and evil.
If we are human beings, we could understand that. The situation is unpleasant. The man is miserable because he or she experiences injustice and events that he is not comfortable with at all. In order to heal himself, he also has to accept the truth that he himself created such a situation. It is very difficult to understand everything so that you are responsible for the life you are living and the events in it. Even if you did evil things in this life (and that you were not aware of it), then you will for the first time consciously realize the truth that those deeds will come back at you in future.
Imagine the murderer that finally realizes that God and karma exist and that he will not get away from the shackles of the consequences of his own sins.
I will try to explain some things about karma.
Many people that know me, already know that I am against the glorification of the disillusion. That is because the wrongly taught man does mistakes that lead him to misfortune. That is the reason why I am against the fact that people pretend to be optimistic and kindness to cover the true destructiveness beneath it.
Imagine that you don’t have money in your pocket. You are passing by the store that sells bits and odds that you would like to buy. At this point I will have to ask a simple question: - Would it come across your mind to buy something in a store, considering that your pocket is empty, i.e. you don’t have a dime in your pocket? A normal person would immediately come to the conclusion that he has to earn money first, and then according to the amount of money in his pocket he can go shopping.
It’s a wonderful fact that there are many spiritualists nowadays that will tell you that you deserve to be happy. These spiritualists have forgotten the basic fact. To be happy, you have to deserve it. If you are not happy, that means that you haven’t deserved it. That’s why healing and reaching happiness can’t ever be found in the realization that you should and could be happy. It’s found in the neutralization of the cause, i.e. root of the misfortune.
In our case, it is found in learning how to earn positive karma that could be spent on worldly happiness.
That further means that happiness is not found in your right to be happy. Neither is it found in playing happiness nor in the realization that you are a human being and that happiness is what defines you. That means that happiness is your choice. If you choose happiness then you have at the same time to choose God, love, and kindness.
The fact that your pocket is empty is not such a bad situation. It is even worse when you owe money and those who lend you money are those who expect you to pay back. Then you don’t only have to buy what you need, but you also don’t have to pay back what you owe. Then you are in the biggest trouble.
The message is the following:
If you don’t have any money with you, that is a positive zero. Considering karma, maybe you don’t owe anyone, and no one owes you. However, if you happen to have negative thoughts about or for someone after just a second, you are already making karmic debt to yourself. That’s why it is never a proper opinion that others are not good. The more important question is always: why others are no good and how come that their deeds have such influence on you?
The only successful spiritual discipline is the one that owns positive thoughts and positive feelings for the whole world. The one who practices such spiritual discipline, discovers God easily, delightful and effectively. All rest of the disciplines (and especially developing of the power) just inflate the ego and create bad karma. The final results of evil actions are bad karma and inevitable misery.
Therefore, don’t trust those who don’t recognize the roots of your misfortune and don’t understand that you are the only one who can help yourself in a way to change for the better, and to let to be helped. No science, no intelligence, no success, and no power in the world, could save you from the evil actions you do. That is the first thing that man who wants happiness for oneself, has to learn, and accept, and put into use throughout life.
What is this really about?
Your happiness is not found in judging others and in the belief that you are better than others. It is found in beautiful thoughts, feelings, and deeds. Many spiritualists don’t know that. They just blather that you deserve happiness. As if they were God, so they know that?
Words may lie, but actions will always tell the truth.
Change yourself, make others happy, and you will also be happy. No one could destroy you then, because righteous is fully protected by God. That is the truth that you should understand completely. Because the correct understanding itself will bring you the feeling of happiness, hope, and joy. And not like many that become are aggravated when they realize the truth and still want to disprove it.
And why is that so?
Just in order to still remain lazy and do evil deeds and be miserable.
The Philosophy of Life
LIFE GOALS
When one trouble is over, another is about to happen.
What does that mean?
The trouble is a gift to the man.
By paying off your old debts, you learn what you have to learn.
Therefore, be cheerful.
There is a no better reward in life, than when a person surmounts one's life goals.
THE TRANSIENCE OF LIFE
A man had a wonderful garden. The noble tree was growing in his garden. The tree grew huge, it was rich with lots of branches, leaves, and fruits. It stood dignified in the middle of the garden, resisting all kinds of elements.
One day, a man was passing by the tree, and he saw a huge dead rat on the ground. He was disgusted, he got the chills, so he moved away from the tree. The whole wonderful garden was spoiled by the dead rat that makes him nauseated, and he lacked the strength to throw it out from the garden.
What does this story present?
This story is happening for many people on the inner plane.
The garden in the story is a person’s life. A beautiful tree with its fruits is what a person becomes due to life experiences and a person’s wisdom. The dead rat is self-pity, man’s misery, the sadness for the lost and what is behind. A man grieves for what he has lost, for what he hasn’t achieved,
