Scene 1 In Xyzz’s Castle
DUCATSNATCH:
Well of course she came back. You knew she would. I knew she would. But they didn’t know she would! You know, those so-called wise men that think they know everything, but actually know nothing. Back she came, the Dread-Witch Queen Xyzz, Queen of the Undermountains, Keeper of the Black Magic Tome of Black Magic Spells, in all her glory, and really cross. Not your average can’t find the remote-control cross, or shut your fingers in the ironing board cross, but red-faced, teeth clenched, puppy-dog-kicking cross. I mean cross.
