After writing Word of the Day, A Journey of Love for my husband, Joe, he told me that I should write a friendship edition for my best friend, Annette, who lives in Florida. And so, Word of the Day, A Journey of Friendship was born. I began on Christmas Day and continued for the next 364 days. Annette is probably the sweetest, kindest person you could ever meet and doing this book for her was my honor and privilege. I hope she has been touched by my feelings, quips and insights. For you, I hope this book sparks words applicable for your best friend. Of course, you are welcome to use my words, but the English language is your oyster to use and shape with your own flair.
