For my family and friends
CHAPTER ONE: The Lady in White
New Kensington, Pennsylvania, September 22, 2014- A car holding four people are driving down Constitution Boulevard and suddenly the car starts to slow.
Why are you slowing down for?
asks the woman.
I’m not slowing down,
says the driver.
You are slowing down,
says the woman.
It’s not me, it’s that,
says the driver as he points at the figure in front of them they look ahead as the car comes to a complete stop as a shadowy person stands in the middle of the street. A presence of evil fills the air as anxiety is increasing among those in the car.
The shadowy figure walks to the car as the driver desperately tries to start the car to no avail. The passenger then sees the driver is in a zombielike trance. He opens the door and gets out. She panics wondering what is going on. Soon she witness the two in the backseat are also in a trancelike stare as they also open the door and step out. The woman finds herself paralyzed unable to move as her body suddenly moves on its own as though it is pulled by puppet strings. She is a passenger in her own body as she gets out the car against her will and sees her friends standing there in a trancelike stupor as the shadowy figure embraces her. She is frighten and tries to scream. Nothing comes out, and soon as she sees the face of the person it is too late as her body goes limp as her consciousness grow dimmer and dimmer until nothing remained but the sweet ecstasy of death.
Anthony Tony
Perillo and his date Tamara Wilson are driving on a dark road in the outskirts of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania. There are no streets lights, nothing but trees.
Anthony’s cousin Trey Hadisson is in a car he borrowed right behind them. The only lights illuminating the street are the lights coming from the car.
Darn, I thought for sure I was going to get some tonight. Tamara is on her period,
Tony thinks. Tamara is drunk for she had a few too many beers tonight. Tony barely touched his drink. He and Tamara were at a bar earlier and left to go to his apartment nearby called Tarentum. Trey stopped by while the couple was enjoying each other’s company at the kitchen table. Tamara in her drunken state mention she was on her period therefore Trey decided there was no point of him leaving if the two wasn’t going to get intimate due to that time of the month.
Tony is taking Tamara home and took a short cut on this wooded area along this dirt road. Suddenly up ahead Tony witness a woman in white standing in the middle of the road up ahead.
What the fuck? Why is this girl standing in the middle of the road,
Tony asks himself. Tony drives around the girl and as he looks in the rear view mirror he sees the girl disappear right by Trey’s car. Tony looks at Tamara to see her reaction. Tamara showed none. Tony was in disbelief, he know what he saw.
A feeling of sorrow washes over Trey as he looked into the green eyes of the mysterious blonde woman in white who vanished in thin air.
"Who is that? I wonder if Tony and Tamara saw her too. Why did her eyes make me feel like this? Trey asks himself.
Tony arrives in front of Tamara’s home. He gets out the car to open the door for her and as he does, he looks up and sees a shadowy figure standing in front of him.
Are you dating her?
a strained voice from the figure spoke. Tamara’s ex-boyfriend Fernando was hiding in the bushes and ran up on the car upset wondering are the two dating. When Trey saw this he was about to get out the car but changed his mind when he seen Fernando wasn’t a threat. The front door opened and Tamara’s mother stood in the doorway.
I told you to get off my property. I’m calling the cops,
says Tamara’s mom.
Tamara got out the car and kissed Tony right in front of Fernando and her mom.
Good night, I’ll call you later,
Tamara softly says. She walked into her house and the door closed right behind her and her mother. Fernando stood there perplexed.
Can I get a ride to New Kensington please,
asks Fernando.
No, I don’t think so,
says Tony. Tony got in the car and Trey followed behind and drove away, leaving Fernando on his own to find his way home.
Fernando has no choice but a long haul home to New Kensington. He knows it’s best to start walking before the police arrive. About an hour of walking Fernando makes it to his door. He pulls out his key to open his door to find out the door is cracked open. He slowly enters into his home and a dark figure rises from the floor and he lets out a muffled scream.
Trey and Tony talked to each other about the strange encounter with the mysterious lady in white.
There was something about her eyes,
says Trey.
Who could she have been? I don’t believe in ghost but she was in solid flesh just like any other person,
says Tony.
I don’t know, did Tamara see her too,
asks Trey.
I don’t know, I didn’t get a chance to ask her,
Tony says.
Well she likes you,
says Trey.
She says we are just friends,
says Tony.
Well she told me that she likes you much more than that,
says Trey.
She did?
Come on man, she kissed you right in front of her ex-boyfriend,
says Trey.
Oh yea, I never expected that,
says Tony.
When I saw him run up to the car, I was about to get out and fuck him up, but I saw he didn’t attack you,
says Trey.
That was weird after all that he asks me if I can give him a ride home,
says Tony.
Yea that was crazy,
says Trey. Well I’m going to get going; I’ll talk to you tomorrow.
Okay, I’ll talk to you then,
says Tony.
The next day Tony drove to see Tamara. They take a drive to a nearby playground.
I was going to give you some last night, but your cousin was around and I didn’t know how you would feel about sex while on my period,
says Tamara.
Oh, he stayed because you were on your period. I have no problem with that,
says Tony.
I didn’t know, most guys are bothered and won’t touch a girl during her period,
says Tamara.
Okay, I figured most girls won’t have sex during that time,
says Tony.
I am a witch remember, that doesn’t bother me, because it’s natural,
says Tamara.
Last night did you see a lady in white standing in the middle of the road,
asks Tony.
No, where?
asks Tamara.
On the back road when I was taking you home,
says Tony.
Nope, I didn’t see anyone.
Trey saw her to, she vanished in thin air,
says Tony.
That sounds like the encounter of the White Lady.
The what?
The White Lady is a type of female ghost reportedly seen in rural areas that are associated with some local legend of tragedy. The theme is usually due to the lost or being betrayed by a husband or boyfriend. She is sometimes associated with an individual family line or said to be a harbinger of death similar to a banshee,
says Tamara.
Oh,
says Tony. He stood there in silence wondering why he and his cousin had such an encounter.
CHAPTER TWO: The Man in Black
Fernando is terrified as he stands helplessly unable to move. This which was once a dark figure rising from the floor has now spread from a silhouette to darkness itself. Fernando is engulfed totally in pitch blackness. He cannot see or move as he feels the presence of pure evil.
Am I going to die? What is going on, please God, help me, I’ll change,
Fernando thinks. This does not comfort him as he sees his pleas to God did nothing for him. Fernando suddenly feels his consciousness falling into the pitch of darkness itself.
Fernando is a religious zealot who also has a drug habit. He has a habit of preaching to people who don’t care to hear it and when it is not appropriate such as a job site. Tamara left him because drugs were more important to him than their relationship.
Tony is home lying on his couch reading the dreaded Necronomicon by Simon. This book is rumored to be the great grimoire of all. The legend is about a mad Arab named Alhazred who is said to have had contact with interdimensional beings. While he was visiting the ruins of Babylon, such as the subterranean secrets
of Memphis and the Empty Quarter of Arabia, he came across the nameless city that was hidden below. While Alhazred lived in Damascus he wrote a book made of human flesh written in blood. He called the book Al Azif, which is an Arabic word that is "that nocturnal sound (made by insects) which is supposed to be the howling of demons. Before he could sign his name he heard the howling sound of demons. He was mysteriously found dead at his desk in the year 738.
This was the legend that many believed was true, it turns out that it was a hoax created after the horror writer Lovecraft have passed away. In 1927, Lovecraft wrote a brief pseudo-history of the Necronomicon that was published in 1938, after his death. Simon and other writers rewrote it and it became a hoax that convinced many readers that the book once existed.
During this time Tony doesn’t know that this book is a hoax. Trey spotted the book a few weeks ago on the shelf in the bookstore and as he touched it, he felt a powerful energy coming from the book that gave him the chills.
Tony decided to shoplift and steal the paperback copy.
As he was reading the Necronomicon, he started to get sleepy. He then sat the open book on his stomach and fell asleep.
Tony dreams that he is standing in a desert in the middle of the night. He observes and sees ruin temples that were once great structures in Babylon. As he is observing these sites he suddenly finds himself surrounded by shadowy figures. The dark figures start throwing punches at him. He can feel their hands going inside his solar plexus, but he felt no pain, it just felt weird. It is as though these beings are not fully physical. It is as though they are between flesh and ethereal. He knew what they were, they were vampires.
Tony woke up from this bizarre dream, he didn’t know what to make of that dream, but he feels that the dream was induced from reading the Necronomicon. He sits up and reaches for the phone to call Tamara.
Well I can’t talk right now, I’m headed to see Fernando,
Tamara says.
Oh, well can I call you later,
asks Tony.
Well, sure,
she says before she got off the phone.
Maybe I should tell her that I also like her more than a friend,
Tony thinks. What Tamara said about the White Lady scares me. I hope it has nothing to do as a harbinger of death. Well when Trey saw her, an overwhelming feeling of sorrow came over him; maybe it has something to do with the loss the girl experienced. Strange why we only saw her, and he seen her close up,
Trey is in New Kensington talking to his business partner G Dawg.
So if you can bring me that ride, I’ll have my boy meet you and you will get paid 2 grand for it,
says G Dawg.
I already stole the keys to the car, so it will be delivered,
says Trey. Trey’s cell phone rings.
Hey Tiffany, what up?
says Trey.
When you coming over, I miss you,
says Tiffany.
I’ll see you soon, baby, I miss you too,
says Trey.
Later Trey walks to the car lot where the brand new 2014 Nissan Sports Sedan Concept sits at the dealer shop. Trey is 17 years of age and into making money by stealing cars. He takes the key that he stole and drives the car right off the parking lot. Tony told Trey that he may be able to talk to some people. Tony has a friend who is connected to the Italian mafia. Trey said that he rather deal with the people that he already knew.
Hours later Tony talks to Tamara and finds out that her and Fernando are back together again. Tony is in the dumps because he was really looking forward to being with Tamara. The phone rings.
Man, you’re not going to believe this, I’m fucking pissed,
says Trey.
What happen,
asks Tony.
Dude ripped me off, he got my car I stole and he took off with it without paying me. Man I was looking forward to 2 g’s.
says Trey.
That sucks,
says Tony.
Can you pick me up man? Want to ride me to see Tiffany?
asks Trey.
Tony doesn’t mind going to Tiffany’s. She lives on a farm in McDonald, Pennsylvania. Being at the farm gives them both a feeling of serene like they are in another world. She lives on 400 acres land with her parents and Trey even finds the serene feeling he gets as a stronger motivator than to drive so far to see her.
The next day Tony and Trey are in a grocery story shop lifting. They are stealing sausages and snacks. They also stole self-hypnosis Cd’s off the rack leaving the empty boxes still sitting on the shelf giving the appearance that the Cd’s are still there. Tony drops Trey home and goes home to relax,
Tony lies on the couch reading the Necronomicon. He feels drawn to the sigil of LILIT. LILIT is known to invade the beds of men and rob them of the Waters of Life and the Foods of Life in which to quicken the dead.
GELAL invades the bed of women, while LILIT invades the bed of men, and the dreadful book said sometimes evil beings are born of these hauntings, and that the children of LILIT are born in secret places known not to man and when mature walk among us.
As Tony turns the page an orb of light jumps out of the book and flies across the room and dashes into the head board of the bed. Tony dropped the book and quickly sit up and immediately calls his cousin.
Oh shit, fucking with that boooook,
says Trey.
That’s scary. I wonder what that was. I’m glad I don’t sleep in my bed,
says Tony. Tony refuses to sleep in his queen size bed because it brings back feelings of sleeping alone after his former girlfriend left him.
I’ll call you so we can go up Tiffany’s again,
says Trey.
Okay, I need to get out of this house,
says Tony.
Tony called Tamara and told her about the incident. She was more occupied with her own share of problems.
Something is wrong with Fernando. He is not the same person,
says Tamara.
What did he do?
asks Tony.
It is like he is someone else. Like someone else is inside him. There are things about me he should know. It’s like someone else has taken his place,
says Tamara.
Oh that’s weird.
Tony and Trey are in McDonald, Pa. at Tiffany’s farm.
I saw things on this farm,
says Tiffany.
Like what?
asks Trey.
I saw red orbs outside in the field, and many cows have disappeared. A few cows were dropped from the sky completely drained of blood without any signs of entrance. I myself got sucked into another dimension right through my wall. A few minutes later I came back through the wall,
says Tiffany. Her story sounded so unbelievable to them. Tony found that her mentioning of orbs grabbed his attention, for he had his share of encounters with the orb coming out of the pages of a book.
After Tiffany told the two about her strange encounters, they left. As soon as they got into the car they felt a strong overwhelming presence of being watched. Their hair on their arms literally stood up as a cold chill went through them,
What the fuck, do you feel that?
asks Trey.
Yea, I feel it.
Let’s get the fuck out of here,
says Trey. The two drove as fast as it was possible on this rural dirt road to get away from this uncomfortable overwhelming presence.
The next day Tony was in the library and was drawn to a book he saw called the Sirius Connection by Murray Hope. He took the book out. When he was home looking at the book, he suddenly felt this compulsion to go back to the farm in McDonald. This compulsion to go became stronger each day. Finally he could no longer resist. He calls Trey.
Let’s go over Tiffany’s,
says Tony.
What’s up,
asks Trey.
I just feel the need to go out there,
says Tony.
Okay, come and pick me up,
says Trey.
By the time they make it to the farm, it is night time. They visit Tiffany for a short while. As they get into the car they see ahead of them a very tall man dressed in all black. He stood there very stiff like he was some type of guardian. He reminded them of the gargoyle statues that sit there unmoving, the two felt the strong presence coming from him. The man in black disappeared in thin air, but the presence was still there. The two got into the car and drove away. Shortly they see a black object behind them; it is a long black car following closely behind them without any head lights on.
It’s that man, he is following us,
says Tony.
Gas the car,
says Trey.
"I am going as fast as I possibly can on this rocky road. I am not trying to drive into a ditch.
The two young men continued to getaway as the long dark car chase behind them. Suddenly the car vanished in thin air and Tony and Trey continued to get as far away as they possibly can.
The next day after the macabre incident of the mysterious man in black, Tony calls Tamara and tells her about his encounter.
There have been stories about the mysterious man in black for centuries. During the witch trails he was called the Black Man because he always wore black. In the witchcraft trials the accused witch was reported having sexual encounter with him. The church believed he was the avatar of the Devil. He was also called
Old Scratch which is just another name for the devil. The Celtics considered him a Fairy, so we really don’t know what he is. He has nothing to do with African Americans. Are you familiar with Lovecraft?
asks Tamara.
The name sounds familiar,
says Tony.
Well he used him in a novel that he wrote called Dreams of a Witch House. He is a horror writer from the 1920’s.
Okay, so I wonder why I am having these encounters,
says Tony.
I don’t know. Maybe in time all will be revealed,
says Tamara.
CHAPTER THREE: Are You Sirius?
The dancer waited.
Her audience had arrived. Every booth is filled. She didn’t need to leave her dressing room to know this; she could feel their presence, their fear and desire. She was intimate with each man even though she never met them. She could taste their desires and swallowed their presence as if she was devouring their souls. She has worked at this strip joint in little under a month.
Kali, the boys are waiting for you,
says the voice on the intercom.
I know,
she breathlessly says. Kali always kept them waiting. They loved the anticipation and excitement that build while they waited.
The dancer smiled as she got up to enter onto the stage. Kali was not her real name. It was a name she picked from the Hindu goddess that mean empowerment, black, time and death. The dancer leads a double life; none of her friends in high school know that she is a stripper.
The men who created Crush club couldn’t get enough of her. No one could.
In the center of the floor she laid while she had her face to the side, one knee bent exposing her laced sensual thighs, while she ran her other hand over her body.
The music begin to play while she and the dancers rising passion rose infecting the audience. Kali could feel their desires coursing through her. She could sense their needs and wants. As she continues to dance her gown dropped off behind her. She could feel that the men would follow her no matter where she led them, even to the gates of hell. This made her even more excited. She gyrated and twisted with small grunts and moans which she let out.
As her emotions intensified, waves of life force radiated from her infecting
