    Appetizers

    Lee Anne’s Stuffed Brie

    Bleu Cheese Deviled Eggs

    12 eggs hard-boiled, Crumbled bleu cheese 4 or more ozs., 1 Tbs. half & half cream, 1 /2 tsp. sugar or stevia

    1 /2 cup mayonnaise, Salt, Pepper, Paprika

    Put eggs in cold water and slowly bring to a boil. Turn eggs occasionally with a wooden spoon so yolk does not settle to one side. When water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the stove, put a lid on and let sit for 15 minutes.  Peel and slice in half removing the yolk.

    Smash yolks until they are fine. Salt and pepper lightly. Add dressing and stir. Add drops of 1 /2 & 1 /2 to moisten.

    Fill each egg-half with mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top.

    Options:

    Add 1 /2 olive or pickle to top. Add caviar to top.

    Add cayenne instead of paprika. Add more or less bleu cheese.

    Soak peeled eggs in vegetable food coloring to create an Easter egg look.

    Deviled Eggs

    1 dozen eggs, boiled, 1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp

    1/2 cup slivered green onions, 1 teaspoon mustard

    4 tablespoon mayonnaise, Salt and pepper

    Paprika, Olives

    Peel eggs, cut in half and put yolks in a small bowl. and set aside whites.

    Mash egg yolks and add green onions and crumbled bacon.

    Make dressing with mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix with yolks. Stuff the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Option:  Place 1/2 sliced olive in center of egg.
