This book is the result of several decades of study, trial, error, blood, sweat, tears, falling down and getting back up. Its purpose is to provide guideposts for the seeker along the journey of Self. This model is based on and adapted from the famous Twelve Steps, and most who are familiar with the steps know they are adaptations from other several sources.
Walking this journey is not for the faint of heart. Dedication is needed. Faith is required. Grit and gumption will prove necessary at times, and a hindrance at others. The goal is to find the inner resource, the source of all power, all knowledge, all wisdom. That is the true guide, and in essence the purpose of the journey in itself.
I wrote this because it is a thing I wish I would have had when I started the journey. It is my hope that you find it useful in some way. Namaste and espavo.
