What a joy to write the forward to this important book, Love Defined, by Bishop Daniel Rouse. I’ve watched the Holy Spirit develop Daniel from a child prodigy into the sage man of God he is today. He’s my Timothy.

You don’t need my word to know that Daniel is wise beyond his years. Just open this book to any page, and you’ll recognize the words of a friend of God.

My journey in discovering God’s love started at a young age, my parents tell me when I was just beginning to talk that the answer to every question I was asked was, love. Interesting how our intellect develops but our core beliefs are still the same. I believe every man, woman, boy, and girl can benefit from discovering the divine love within.

The discovery of God’s love for man is the greatest truth you can learn. We have all heard of God’s love; in church, in school, on the street corner, on television and on the radio. But God’s love is not limited to a sermon you heard, this is a life-long journey. This book is not intended to fully define God’s amazing love for us rather to help you start your journey to discover the riches of your inheritance in Christ Jesus.
