Radhika Kawlra Singh
For over two decades, Radhika has worked closely with some of the sharpest, most innovative, and successful men and women who are foremost in their fields - such as athletes, CEOs, actors, and business leaders from all walks of life, to unlock their true potential. She is therefore driven to share her primary concern for dwindling self-knowledge and awareness in society that has affected the consciousness of each individual soul and thereby impacted other's perceptions, as well. She trusts in the spirit's strength and in deepening the link within -both of which create a compelling influence in restoring the distorted view of truth that divides people. Her writing empowers new learnings, so each individual may experience personal freedom from the inside-out, through reflection, questioning, and an analysis of the self, so it may grow through integration and assimilation into self-knowledge and a complete resonation with the spirit. She chooses to include the teachings of the self-evident principles of nature in her writing, for in their alignment they remain present to miraculously evolve symmetrically. In this manner, she believes she must guide individuals to discover their own mysterious formula so they may merge with the all-encompassing unknown.

You Will Be Okay - Radhika Kawlra Singh
Preface
Being awake is about identifying the divine component within the self. It is also about allowing your consciousness to come to terms with your state of awareness and its ability to move through the unseen and unanticipated challenges. I pray you will run across deeply felt trust in your every endeavour and realise this as being true for you because within you is the embodiment of the highest good that can ever be found. All the good that you wish to stumble upon, create and encounter—both within and around you—will thereby originate only from your understanding of the self, your increased awareness and your intention to hold on to that good. It is when you choose to uplift yourself to integrate with your awakened state that you will journey through numerous happy travels, elevating into your assigned spaces of higher consciousness.
As the world responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, an uneasiness of keeping yourself intact looms in the months ahead, until the fullness of time when the vibrancy of the planet appears once again. As lockdowns the world over disrupt critical health services, vast numbers of people around the globe get sick, nurse the sick or mourn the departed. As that happens, your daily response must lessen your chances of falling prey to fear, insecurity and a failed immunity. Unless you act now, you will usher in the growing apprehension around you and transform your strength into fragility. When each one of us makes the choice of working through our areas of unsureness and vulnerability, only then can we be assured of surely and responsibly moving onwards, weaving a stronger web of community consciousness and, by that means, outmanoeuvring a holistic mental crisis.
We are used to making unrestricted movements in reaching out into our external environment and embracing it with ease. While most times these responses guide tasks that meet our individual responsibilities, we also let them include a process that lessens the other’s burden. In this manner, we create mutually beneficial norms and ways of reviewing our state of well-being, even as we may remain oblivious to the extent of our benevolence. We cannot know with absolute certainty how to decipher our highest, most truthful connect in knowing our responsibilities fully. It is only higher awareness that can guide a movement that specifically advances us in a manner that contributes to our greater good. When you discover that you have gained in a way that your relationship with all aspects of your life is optimum, you will start responding with enormous generosity. You will notice that subconsciously you are starting to put energy into tasks that purely assist other people and meet their commitments and responsibilities with more success.
The good prevails both within and outside of you. The process of change, therefore, is not distant. As you work through your inconsistencies, using the many lessons that you run to ground, you will only find greater success because you are remoulding your critical mind spaces. The willingness to respond to others is already present. As soon as you start taking better care of yourself, simply by bringing solutions to your areas of restlessness, you will automatically respond to others with greater fortitude.
There will always be an initial unwillingness to work with a new pattern of behaviour and set it in motion. Yet when you choose to really want a certain outcome, the universe has a propensity to honour your intention. The certainty of your intention—along with the readiness of the universe—puts a healthy new habit in motion. The deeper you believe in your contribution, the more capacity it arranges to invoke a state of grace. That being true, any kind of retraining that you take yourself through will be as valuable a process of walking through your forthcoming journey, as your depth of engagement with it. The process of change that perpetuates the shift needs to be initiated by your seeking.
Social distancing has made an appearance as a new normal, even though it is an awkward normal as far as monitoring our own behaviour is concerned. It is important for each person to independently know, believe and trust that ‘I am okay’. Simultaneously it is important to know with as much certainty that ‘you are okay’ so it may enable you, as well as the person near you, to feel normal and meet the social distancing norms. As a result of the key movement of physical, mental and emotional energy from one point in time to the very next point in time, you will find wholehearted acceptance that both ‘I’ and ‘you’ are ‘okay’.
The power of language and suggestibility is such that the use of a simple word which has made a repetitive association through your daily use of language will empower you each time you put that word to use. When you attach a sentence to it, even though the sentence may not fully resonate with you, the simple act of conditioning ensures that just with associative use the sentence too will empower you. When the use of that word has a colloquial context and is anyway employed by you in your daily jargon, the job gets done with even more simplicity. Hence, the word-to-sentence association becomes even more powerfully conditioned. Language barriers may also create hindrances; thus, when you employ a word that is common to all languages across the universe, the task you are setting in motion is initiated without any resistance at all. It is for this reason that while you may be anywhere across the globe, as you move through these pages you will discover an easy association with the words ‘I am okay’ and ‘you are okay’.
In addressing your inner world, as you put the affirmation pages to use you will unconsciously guide your own instincts to repeatedly use the words ‘I am okay’ with a relentless reassurance. Simultaneously the process will enable you to develop a greater appreciation for what your community offers you and you will use the words ‘you are okay’ in your reference to others, with as little resentment, exasperation, anger or pain as possible. All along you may easily have judged people, faulted them, held grievances against them and known them to be less consistent or inaccurate in their gestures towards you. Nonetheless, as you read these affirmations, they will compel you to dismiss all judgement and perpetuate a transition at that very moment. Just as the process tricks the subconscious, in being repetitive it perpetuates a real inheritance of true spirit, strength and unconditional love. It has been scientifically proven that the law of reverse effect works miraculously; the greater your conscious effort, the less the subconscious response. When will and imagination are in conflict, it is imagination that always wins. You will see just how easily this applies to you. Everything you will be asked to imagine is bold enough to dismiss everything you may have tried hard to dismiss; thus, all kinds of doubt and despair within you effortlessly pass into oblivion.
The book, overall, is a happy reminder that it is okay to feel uncertain and transition through pockets of time on your journey while feeling resentful, restrained and vulnerable. As you move through the pages, each chapter progressively validates your genesis of mistrust. This is extremely significant for your daily survival; you need to know it is okay to feel less, weak or desolate. There is much strength to be generated from accepting that it is okay not to be okay and that you will eventually be okay! I quote from the book It’s Easy to Be YOU: ‘Just as you recognise your changing needs, you energise the change.’ Step aside for a while each day and build your inspiration so you may continue to look for the good, even through rough times, bringing alive your most coveted dreams. Thank you for coming this far. I remain fully spirited in guiding your path.

It Is Okay
Thekkady, Kerala, India
Humans are conditioned to orchestrate their lives guided by self-created norms of embracing their external environment with enthusiasm and love. Enriched by observation, nurtured by reflection, empowered by making movements beyond their internal boundaries and stimulated by something deeper within—they are initiated to surge forwards in maddening haste, powerfully modifying their relationship with everything. While time remains unforeseeable, in factuality it has been the only trusted constant, guiding all kinds of reorientation.
Within the enormity of creation, while exploring its multiple facets, humans remain actively productive for very long periods accumulating a wealth of learning, enabled through their intentional choices. As the collective human experience moves through time, it perpetuates an expanding collective consciousness. Sometimes the resulting awareness, both individually and collectively, remains absent of good sense and prevailing of sound judgment. Yet, without an absence of this, there would have been nothing to trigger any more individual evolution or any further collective growth. The nature and enormity of this kind of lack appear to be purposefully placed within the evolving dynamics of the universal matrix. This advances a search for human mastery over all things, welcoming a search for absolute knowledge, total ability and skill. As a consequence, it has created a practical need for each one to realise their
