I learn through my triumphs of success which has yet to come.The world has provided as the knowledge of doing things but no way of doing them correctly or in some kind of logical order.So,Sometimes when Some of us look back, we want to forget some of our past. Sometimes we find ourselves carrying the past on our backs as dead weight without realizing it. While other times, we know of what is there, but we think in our mind's eye that if we try hard, perhaps the past will disappear into the fabric of life as me move forward.Of course,We fool ourselves into believing that the past is in the past. The fact of the matter is, the mind re-writes itself every so often. And sometimes don't mind can push old memories to the back and perhaps they never surface again. However, the brain has trigger points, these are like emergency switches, if you will, which get pressed accidentally or sometimes induced trauma can cause it. Therefore, these triggers need to be neutralised, or at the very least turned off forever.I will leave soon as something triggers our past return to react to the situation hysterically because we are not equipped to deal with the situation instantly as humans. We need time to process things, think about things to act rationally. Sometimes people tend to react before they handle the information which has surfaced; this can lead to all sorts of complications because the brain is trying to find the relevant information that you need to deal with the contemporary drama in your life. This may have come from a past-traumatic experience, and because of something triggering it in the future, something has come about.There are going to be a few ways that I'm going to document this phenomenon. I want to re-write my past, replacing it with new memories that should've happened rather than the ones that did.So, my life will be split into seven chapters. And chronological age will identify periods of regret. And once that has been ascertained, I will rewrite that particular memory changing it and hinging it to something else. Something that I probably wanted to do, but instead I didn't. So, you could go as far as to say, I will have the perfect past memories.If it did happen, then it happened,If I did something that I regret, then I say it didn't happen exactly like it did.The process is a little complicated but that is the fundamental idea behind this theory.After all it is the past that holds us back.Why should it?The transformations need you to evolve from old to new

The starting

This information, I call it the ‘listening information,’ why? Because the ‘mind synaptic process’ has many ways of adaptability, what I mean, the mind has many different levels of functions, so a person can’t just do meditation and expect phenomenal results. It is not even about doing meditation regularly until you can clear the mind chatter. This is the traffic of thoughts that surround and mind each day.
Of course, meditation can clear the traffic out of the mind if done correctly and with the right practitioner; due to everybody being different, it is difficult to find a match in realistic terms, in my opinion, a course.
So, what I did was, I separated my thinking patterns into small groups of thought. Rather than tackle the whole process of meditation in one go. I have broken it down to launch the integral cogs that work together to make the mind work.
Please do not mistake what I am saying; meditation is understood in various ways, and each person that goes into meditative practice has their own unique experience. As I have had to do, but I have found that going into meditation with a busy mind can have little effect. That’s why it takes thousands of hours to do to clear the minds process.
Busy mind, such as a motorway or freeway of thought, can make it difficult to concentrate on fixing the fundamental issue which one has come to repair or change.
So, what I did!
I have rewritten my entire life as the way I wanted to be going forward, how do you meet ask? I first need to understand what I wanted out of life, and I needed to visualize what my ideal perception of my life would’ve been if I was the writer initially. Once I got a basic understanding of what I wanted when I looked at other people’s lives. I took a long hard look at my life and realized what I wanted to change. I was told the past is the past, and it can’t be changed. I’m going to change the past; well, I’m going to show you how to change the past. Because sometimes it’s merely not enough just to forget and move on. Sometimes we need to address the history because more times than not, the past can come back to bite us on the ass.
I’m going first to try and put things into perspective. I’m going to explain from start to finish how I managed to calm a motorway of thought traffic, which had dire consequences in terms of the traffic in my mind was going so fast, that I was running the risk of an emotional breakdown. So, for me something had to change quickly;
Before I am going to explain what I’m about to do, I need to quickly point out, although near-death experiences and spiritual awakening are that the forefront of this research. It is not primarily based on these experiences, although they do play a big part in it. I also will ponder over how old skills can be created for yourself.
Because I don’t want people to be dubious, I think that the experiences have not happened to them, so they may believe that some parts may not apply. I mean nobody is going to follow something that has nothing to do with them is what I’m trying to say.
But I’m also trying to say that it is not based on just people having these experiences. It is for people to gain such skills through what I’m about to tell you because these experiences are there for everybody, but for some reason, people, I’m not exploring these phenomena.
Of course, this is up to yourselves whether you want to, or you don’t want to, but I am just here as a guide to show you a better way, or perhaps a different way.
There is there a method that I want to use to simplify what I’m about to tell you because I believe in not confusing the people. I’m not prolonging the information so that you can write a book on it.
But the amount of information that is needed to conduct this experiment is in the form of a book.
There were hundreds of books researched on different practices. On different methods of understanding various phenomena is from a broad scope of events are out there.
In the purest form, I have been fishing with a net, and I managed to catch the most compelling theoretical ways to open the mind. Of course, I had to pick out the ones relevant to me and then toss the netback. So, each time I investigate a specific area of my life, I may give you other options because we’re all different, which may work out better.
So, chapters 1 to 7 Will detail out a period of my life, and each time I identify a memory, if you will, I will replace that memory with a new one. However, each time this is done, the conscious mind which resides in the brain will need to either be recycled deleted or rewritten in a better way of understanding it. Subsequently, the method of how it will be used
