Leading and Managing a volunteer group is not an easy task. It involves different aspects in order to succeed in this role. Leading and Managing are two different words that should be clearly understood. It should go together, hand in hand, so you will succeed in leading a group of people beyond paid employment. You also have to gain the trust from the parents of these volunteers especially if they are high schools and college students since you will always need the consent of their parents.
As we all know, Volunteers are those, who in his free will, renders service beyond paid employment and thinks what he does is beneficial to them, and at the same time fulfilling their needs. These people make the community a happier, healthier, and more satisfactory to live
