This is great and my biggest takeaway is the accountability dysfunction. Holding each other accountable is important and really connects well with my experience in leadership. Taking a leadership role in an industry that you have never worked in is another important point as a leader - you are left with no option than to be 'sing' your vulnerabilities daily!
