I’ve run small part-time businesses since I was 14 years old. Some have failed but many have been successful. From running a door-to-door catalogue to gardening and painting, working in a café, cleaning, selling cosmetics and utilities were just some things I did. Then I worked for several companies mainly selling a variety of business products and solutions, but I felt I wanted to be my own man. So, I started my own business and built it up to have a turnover of over half a million and just employing two people. Since then I’ve been a business coach and marketeer, given many sales and employment training courses, published several online courses and made local business advertising and promotional films. I’ve had comprehensive experiences of working and watching others manage their businesses so I am now using this experience to encourage as many of you as possible to start a new project that can either give you additional income or become a successful business.
