Cheese is a food that many of us in the world have a great love for, not only does it taste wonderful but it is also filled with plenty of vitamins, proteins, minerals and other essential nutrients that are vital to our health and well-being. Cheese is a dairy product that is very valued due to the fact that it has a long shelf life, making it easy to transport this food that is packed with proteins and calcium. It is even more nutritious than milk because it is compact.

With proper packaging the shelve life of cheese is increased. The best way to protect cheese is to keep it in cheese paper. It has a layer of wax on the outside and a permeable layer in the inside that contains pores. This cheese paper maintains the true shape of the cheese by preventing the escape of the moisture inside the cheese and withering away of the condensation on the cheese.
